U know what? Why won't u try YOUR animation skills? ANY help possible would do if u, and i guess a lot of other ppl, wd like to play this town earlier than 3-4 years.
Im encouraging not only u, but other ppl too.
It really could be funny, but I simply don't know anything about scripting and making animations. I guess that the only thing I can actually help with is to make proposals to your work, but you don't seem to need any since it is all decided already. I would gladly help, but unfortunately I really don't know how?

If u have heroes 3, download def tool and def viewer, save lizard animation as a pack of pictures and enjoy editing every single frame
