There are not very much changes, well at least in battle system. You can check "actions" section in masterpost. If you won't undersatnd:
1)There is no more "Avoid attack" action. Now if attacker's agility is lower then target's, he has a chance to miss him in attack. Hitting chance = attacker's agility / target's agility.
2)Fortify action also allow you to retaliate with half-damage after hit.
3)You can change your stats, but only first change is free. Then you have to loose as many victory points as many red stars you have. For novice 2nd changing would also cost 1 VP.
BTW, as I can remember Lexxan challenged you.

DarkCrystal, is it somehow possible to shorten up the masterpost or making it easier to read? Maybe splitting it up into two part, on for beginners, and one for more advanced players? Most of the people that have responded to me, ahs said that they will join when they have time, and that it seems complicated. And the game is really not very complicated, at least not now in the beginning, so if you made the masterpost more "friendly" for beginners, I think we would have more players.

Most of the masterpost doesn't apply until later in the game, so if you could add something like "what do I need to know/do to start playing the game?", I think it would be much more easy for new players to learn the game.

NB: Another "frightening" thing about this thread is that it is 20 pages long, so maybe if we deleted some of our posts in this thread that are not necessary to keep, we would have more joiners?
