Evasion, for missing due to agility you take the person with lower agility and divide his/her agility value by the opponent's. Then multiply the result by 100 and you find the chances for this one to hit. The one with higher agility will never miss though.
On every hit (excluding retaliation), you use http://www.random.org/, set min 1 and max 100 and generate a number. If the number is less than or equal to the value you got previously (chance to hit) then it's a hit, otherwise miss.

Since things are going kinda slow lately, I think this is a good time to announce my resignation. My laziness gets bigger and bigger and you didn't really need me here anyways.
I admit I'll miss having fun with lesser mortals, but I'll get over since I'm going to become the Coliseum's first Spectator!

BTW, I though I already mentioned in the rules that God who became mortal for self desire can become God back whenever he want.

To be honest I dislike caps in every game, in my opinion it is better to balance everything out until someone who spends all points in one stat is not better than others. But I am not sure myself how to do this since this is also a simple game (formulas shouldn't be too complicated or the Gods will have a painful time leading even the smallest of battles) so you could apply this SP cap idea, although as I said I am not the biggest fan of it

It's wrong. The right formula is: Damage = Attack - Defense
