*BOOOM* Lightning flashed all around and the storm is getting much more intense. The entire roof shakes from the force of the concussion.
Vi uses Glow - Vi's Hitpoints have been restored. Enemy's accuracy has fallen 1 level. ((Vi has full hitpoints))
Cubone uses Tail Whip - The enemy thinks it is absolutely adorable and it's defense falls 1 level.
Meowth uses Growl - The enemy is ammused and it's attack falls one level.
Enemy pokemon continues to use Hurricane. Countdown falls to 2. All enemies take 7 points of damage.

Abra and Munchlax use Teleport Tackle on Rattata Momentum causes a bit of extra damage. Does 20 points of damage, and stuns the Rattata!

Jeremy wiped furiously at Harriet’s lense—the glass was rain flecked to the point of obscuring everything. The next exchange of attacks had already begun, and he barely got the camcorder back up in time—especially after a particularly loud crack of thunder overhead made him jump.
Cubone slid under the hostile cat-thing, and with the last of her momentum launched herself atop its back. Star-flecked fur flew past her nose until she grabbed hold of a pawful, arresting her forward movement. She held tight to its neck with one stubby paw, clutching her club in the other, refusing to be dislodged.
“No, don’t!” Jeremy called, suddenly worried—he was barely audible over the roaring winds and crashing thunder. “You’ll hurt yourself!”
But the little Pokemon wasn’t listening. With a cry of “CUBOOONE!” she held her bone club to the heavens above, challenging the lightning flashing all about to come for her, to strike! Because in order to ground itself, it would have to go through her opponent, who didn’t have the benefit of being a Ground type…

Steve falls flat on his face as the surface below rumbles to the forces of the storm. Pushing himself, being totally soaked, and hit with a gust of wind, he falls once more as his hands slip, loosing any grip they had with the roof. He pushes himself up again, this time managing to return to his knees.
He glances to the pokedex laying near him, still open to Vi's description.
"Vi, use your poison sting on that...that...you know! Meowth, bite down hard on it!"

Well this isn't much of a surprise. what with the convergence of two worlds.
Derek sends out Skard.
"Use confusion." The command was quick and simple and after the attack has landed and the thing's body returned to a void-like state. Derek Ordered skard to harden seeing as his dex told him he couldn't harm it.

Vi uses poison sting does 5 points of damage. (roll 37).
Meowth uses Bite and does 9 points of damage.
Cubone tries to get lightning to strike..(roll 50)..and 1 bolt of lightning strikes it. Enemy pokemon takes 20 points of damage. It looks as if it is severely hurt and near fainting.
Enemy continues to use Hurricane. Countdown falls to 1. Each pokemon takes 10 points of damage. Enemy can barely stand.

Since the enemy barely has enough health left to matter, Munchlax K.O's it this round. The man yells. "Don't worry about these guys. Grab the egg and get out of here. More are coming. Keep the egg from them!"

“Eeeee I can’t watch!” Jeremy buried his eyes behind one upflung arm, while the other pointed Harriet more-or-less at the ongoing fight.
KRAKOOM!!
The camcorder jerked in his hand at the crack of thunder; the sound was so loud and so terrible that it rattled his entire body and the roof underneath his feet as well. At that moment he wanted more than anything to just curl up in a corner somewhere and hide—that is until he heard the loud warcry of “Cubooone!” over the roaring of the storm.
“Huh?” Jeremy peeked out over his elbow just in time to see the little Ground type, still miraculously clutching the fur on the alien Pokemon’s back despite having been struck by lightning, bring her club down on its head with a vicious swing.
((Bone Club. Let’s see how much difference that -1 Defense level makes…))

"Death wishes are foolish, brat!" the geezer screamed as he attempted to get order Munchlax to use tackle on the goon that the fainted Ratta belonged to.
Yari quickly ran over to the egg after grabbing Abra, and snatched it then teleported. Teleported to the port of Pewter, hoping to find the 2 other companions.
The geezer thought this about what had happend: "Well, another brat gone. Hmmm, there might be fish in that river over there."

The vibrations from the lightning make it feel as though Steve is going to be shaken back, off the roof. After it stops, he crawls forward a little, just for a small bit of surety.
He looks to Vi, then attempts to look to Meowth, barely making either of the cats out. All of them looked very injured. Would this next set of hits take it out? He was unsure, but it needed to be attempted. Whatever this strange pokemon was attempting to do was not going to be good for anyone.
"Meowth, continue the bite! Vi, sting it with poison again!"

Vi uses Poison Sting (roll of 19, not that it matters now lol). Does 9 points of damage..the enemy pokemon faints. ((Pokemon had exactly 100 hp))
Meowth uses Bite but there is no target. Cubone uses Bone Club, but there is no target. Baltoy uses Confusion but there is no target.
As Cubone swings it's club the creature under it disappears. The little creature can not stop it's momentum in time and tumbles toward it's owner head over heels. The mysterious creature turns into some sort of dark energy and is swept up in the vortex. Almost immediately the vortex disspears and the water starts receeding. Within seconds..sunshine is peeking through the clouds. ((All trainers get bonus experience because this creature was defeated and all pokemon (including ones not present) are now 1 level higher and close to the next level above that)).
Everybody is still soaking wet however.

Munchlax ignores the order to attack a person and instead picks a pokemon to attack ((Pokemon try not to attack other humans)). Munchlax decides to use metranome..Munchlax uses Confuse Ray. Rattata is confused.
Apon appearing at the docks Yari quickly finds the Twins. All the Team Infinitus goons have withdrawn from the town ((probably to go toward where Thor is))..

Cubone let out a sound like a squawk as her perch abruptly disappeared out from under her. She tumbled to the rooftop and rolled straight at Jeremy, her speed rather better than she would have managed normally. She bumped her trainer soundly in the shins and came to a halt, shaking her skull-clad head to get rid of the dizziness.
He might have been okay, except the roof was still wet, with the net result being that he slipped and fell on his rump—barely managing to save Harriet from a similar undignified fate.
“Are you okay?”
The little Ground type looked up at him (not that she had to look so far up now that he was seated) and nodded wearily. “Cubone.”
“Can we go home now?” Jeremy asked plaintively.

Seeing the strange pokemon fall, Steve collapses to the roof. Taking in a deep breath, he manages to get some of the water, and almost chokes as he turns on his side. Coughing out the water, he sees the weather start to settle down, and the wounds of this battle are pretty bad.
He grabs Meowth's pokeball, and calls her back.
"Well done, Meowth. You helped us a great deal there. Rest well now."
He turns his attention to Vi as he pushes himself up to a sitting position.
"You did great too. Now, if I remember right, all you really need is to glow to get better. Well, even doing that, you could use a nice break yourself."
Steve slowly pushes himself to his feet, and looks around. The strange pokemon was gone, he noticed, and then he looked at the roof they were standing on.
"Well, that was all very interesting. Kind of horrifying, but interesting. Now, how are we getting down?"

There is still the string and bones left from your climb up, back down to the ground. By the time you work your way down, the water is completely gone. Only the damage it caused is any indication it was there in the first place.
Jeremy notices a overturned crate that has crashed into the side of a building and scattered it's contents everywhere. There is something rather shiny ammoung the wreckage.
Steve feels something bounce off of his head as the last cloud dissapears. Right in front of him falls a silver crystal unlike anything he has ever seen.
The trio (Jermey, Steve, and Derek) are greated as heroes in the town. Somehow word has gotten out they are the ones that stopped the flood and storm.

The fact that the string didn't seem to have much connectivity with the bone, that he used to roll it up, seemed a bit odd to Steve, but he was grateful upon inspection of it, to find it was still usable to climb down with.
Gazing around, he sees that the water is all gone. Gone back into the ocean? He wasn't sure, but was happy to see it was no longer there.
Steve stumbles a little, not yet fully recovered from the powerful forces of the weather before, as the crystal strikes his head. While checking his head for bleeding, he looks to the object that now lays on the ground. Kneeling to the ground for a closer look, he picks it up.
"Well, what is this? Another oddity, at the very least. I don't suppose you know what this is, do you Vi? I wonder..."
Steve takes out his pokedex, wondering if with the last bit of updating it got, it would tell him anything.

The pokedex examines it and makes a chirp. "A crystal of non-earthly origin that appears to have data stored inside." Apparently the upgrade did improve it's knowledge, but only so far. It makes no mention of what data might be included in the crystal.

Steve sighs, placing the crystal into his pocket.
"Well, I hadn't really expected it to tell me much anyway."
Rising to his feet, Steve notices the people greeting them as heroes. It was both pleasant, and a little overwhelming at the same time. He was feeling a little exhausted though.
"Come along, Vi. Let's find a nice place to rest up."

Jeremy cased Harriet and picked up Cubone before making his way over to the edge. Then he gulped and backed away—it was a long way down, and now there wasn’t even the darkness of the storm to disguise the distance. He ended up taking the stairs the guy with the Baltoy had used to get up instead.
He left the Gym (after pausing for a quick camcorder pass and some suitably reporter-sounding monologue about mysterious Pokemon and storm damage upon seeing the results of the orb-like Pokemon’s attack over the length of the Gym floor) and set out into the now flood-free city.
Cubone was wearily trying to direct him to the Pokemon Center by tapping his arms and pointing with her club when he saw the crate.
“Hang on a minute,” Jeremy said, to which Cubone merely huffed. He wandered over to inspect the overturned crate.

Thor saw Yari disappear along with Abra and screamed: "THAT DAMNED BRAT!" The other guy who was previously defending the egg just seemed to panic a tad under the visible skin(it takes years to learn to spot), he might have spotted something in the horizon.
Thor attempted to break trough towards to the other guy: "Munchlax, Metronome!"(OOC: thats metronome towards the middle of the Galaticus formation so Thor may breach trough to the high level trainer and get a proper chat)
Meanwhile in town, Yari followed the monkey to the twins. She asked them(she also fails a spot check on their condition).

Derek steadily backed down from the roof.
i had arrived just in time to see that beast's downfall.
And yet people were hailing him as a hero... That wasn't true.
"I hadn't done anything up there. the monster fell just after i had arrived."
