That's from my Halfling mod. You either have the beta version files (in which case you should delete them) or you should disable the Halfling script in your WoG Options menu (see Custom Scripts).

Why the text showed up in Solmyr's bio is beyond me though. Is it a customized hero? If not, various scripts got mixed up. I've also noticed the Halfling script is not compatible with some WoG versions. Oh well, nobody is using it anyway.
