hey Shae
i know you were just kidding with the Sun Tzu sitting on his ass but winning without having to fight the battle being the best is still true for HoMM. Not mucg fun in 1v1 but what about 3-4 player FFA?
I have had a 3 player FFA and i made some stupid mistakes lost most army and had to retreat. The other player has gotten wings week 1 by wrong guardian placement and he rushed in to exploit the situation attacking the guy who has defeated me. He took Shnapstoman out and it was just a formality for him to take me out and report the win.
I have waited for him to take over Shnap's castle and attacke him through his back door, taking his town on d7 defeting him in few battles while defending my own town against his mobility advantage. And then trapped him in town at the end of the week so he could't run away with his cursed wings.
Well i decided not to take the win coz it wasn't completely FFA since i asked him to attack Shnaps instead of me in exchange for some intelligence  So when Shnap's was out i told him if he beats me he won but if i manage to beat him we will not report the game. If i had not avoided the battle with him, I would have won it anyway but then maybe i could not have enuff forces left to beat Shnaps I would have lost this one and i don't like that hehe

Do you guys think Zun tsu wrote his book? Did harry potter write his? How many biographies are ghost writed or edited?'
oh yea, I forgot - in the past everything was done by the book, exactly as described. Not like today
