Ok this is an adaptation of the Sociogram, and feedback isn't quite so hidden. Every so often a poster (who signs up) will be picked and everybody will post about them on several topics (which I will give below). Constructive advice is good, flaming/bashing/trolling is bad. Try to keep it clean.
First the Categories.

Overall Impression
(Others can be added if the suggestions are posted in this thread)
So basically here is an example if I were commenting on myself (you should not comment on yourself tho  )
Best Feature - Empathy and acceptance of other peoples beliefs
Worst Feature - A little arrogant and too dramatic.
Needs Improving In - Everything.
Posting Style - Chaotic, emotional.
Overall Impression - Needs hit with a fish.
Of course not quite so harsh, and more information, but I think the general idea has been given.

2)Every once in a while you pick one from the list who will recieve feedback in several areas
3)Others will post in this topic
4)all is put together

1) People sign up making..
2) A list of participants.
3) I will randomly pick a name.
4) Everybody who wants posts feedback on that person in the thread that will be created IF enough people participate.
5) After enough time has passed, go to number 3 after removing the name of the person who recieved their feedback.

Well I don't want to sound mean or selfish but ehm I guess my feedback thingy did just that. But maybe I'm missing something .
Anyways I'd think this a bit more through if I were you
a) the whole "randomly picking a name"-thing sounds a bit odd to me since it will needlessly increase the length of this by a huge ammount.
b) more importantly you need to think of a way of "restricting" the group of people who give feedback. If you don't, anyone can simply walk in here and bash someone, or a "popular" person will get feedback from half the community while a less "known" person only gets 2-3 replies.
This whole sociogram stuff looks pretty simple but it really isn't all that easy. If done wrong these things can be horrible.
So if you want my opinion I'd give this a lot of thought and make sure you have a perfectly worked out plan, this is nothing to be "chaotic" about. But please do as you like of course.

Yes and no. This will have very specific areas to comment on, and yours (while probably superior for this fact) did not.

A) If we did them altogether each post would be impossibly large if many sign up. However, if few sign up then I would be all for putting them in one post instead.
B)I am very anti-restricting. I may put this in the Glade so if people 'bash' I can delete the posts, issue a penalty, and silence. We want to be constructive, not destructive. As for the amount of feedback, sometimes saying nothing says it all.
Believe me, your Sociagram is a amazing feat I would not even attempt to undertake. This is much more confined (hopefully).
