Heroes 2 Midi Music files?
Hi guys, nice little crib you've got going here  .
I don't mean to be a rude idiot n00b, so I hope it's alright for me to post this question here.
I'm wondering if anyone has, or knows where to attain, midi files for the Heroes of Might and Magic 2 soundtrack? It would be awesome to attain, for music arranging purpouses.

Best computer music ever. Was just about to make my own thread about this when I thought "hey, someone else probably loves this music too!", and 5 seconds later - tadaa, this topic really high up to.
And its not the snowty expansion songs either. Oh man! what a moment!

I know! I've always *loved* the Heroes 2 soundtrack. The Opera Sound stuff is orgasmic. I would say "especially this" and "in particular this", but all the songs are farking epic. Snow, Sand, Swamp, Dirt soundtracks are the best landscape soundtracks, IMO, and as for the castles, I'm pretty weak for the Sorceress tune..

Aaah! They were ofc Midi files! I really want the Mp3īs so that I can replace the Heroes 3 music with them. I searched forums and found several threads, all linking to sites that are dead or does not have the stuff anymore.
Anyone sitting on the Mp3īs?

Man, these forums are really delivering! I figured I was crusading for a lost cause here, but this is truly awesome! (I didn't even ask for the mp3 files, and yet here they are!)

The Heroes II CD is a mixed-media format. That is, you can treat it as an audio CD, with Track 1 containing the game, and the other 40 tracks containing the music. Just use any old CD ripper (or stick it in a CD player, lol).
