Venetians and there strick code of honor.They value Honor above all else.They love a good fight.The only way they will respect a man is how long they last in a fight.if the fight to to easy they won't respect them at all.they live to fight and fight to live.if they ever find out you tricked them May god have mercy on you soul...because they won't show any at all.

In case you are wondering, no the Venetian Council member is not a 'normal' Venetian..though they do normally have strong wills. She too is a 'mutant', and no didn't have anything to do with what is going on (that is why they are SUSPECTS..they might not actually have been involved  ).

Hmm now what mission to put Jorn on. Need some really difficult long ones for people to go on. Something that they can really sink their teeth into...
Holy...me and Alkar were chatting, and I never really thought about this..but there are litterally infinate NPC's I control. ((A whole multiverse)). Now true..99.9999999999999999999% of them are nameless/faceless...but still..
In the 'main' dimension (the one you all are from) ALONE there is trillions of 'humanoids' and intelligent life forms. Heck by now there are 100+ billion (with a B) earthlings! Thems a lot of NPC's.

Well there are a lot of 'non' fighters in the group. At least not hand to hand fighters/melee fighters. Flare couldn't 'fight' her way out of a wet paper bag. If it isn't 'range', and she isn't trying to 'torch' something..she is pretty much SoL.
Masq can't fight unless they happen to get lucky and touch a fighter, she is full on stealth/camo/etc.
Molly - Duh
Leina - She knows a few things, but not near enough
Lastrius can fight, and pretty good, but her fighting style is kinda obsolete (sword fighting, grappling)
Zip is only half Venetian, so her fighting ability is only half that of a true Venetian, the only time she becomes real dangerous is if at full speed. Since most people can't even see her she moves so fast. (Imagine the flash with special forces combat training, and increased strength..oh and female). (Technically if she "RAN" there is no way troy could have shot her in the back, but meh she wouldn't have 'ran' anyhow, so I went from the post. She is a speedster..by the time he drew his weapon she would have been around the base 200+ times).
Dispair isn't a fighter. Though she tries lol. She may actually be the WORST fighter of the group..besides Molly. Her power is her only 'saving grace' in a fight. Without powers = Dispair getting her hinny kicked.
Terra and Teira are actually kind of dangerous..to a point. They are very agile and acrobatic, and their ability to teleport makes them really good fighters. They just don't have much OOMPH (strength, etc). Though make them mad they will port your hinny into a black hole lol. Much more dangerous working as a team. They know each other so well, they move as if one person.

you know cuzz..i was thinking..i know me think is not to good.
but hear me out you need to give more background info.On the Venetian race as well the rest of the races.just so nothing gets confusing for everyone else knows that to expect.
So what do you think?

Well, I have no problem with that. However, I honestly don't think it should be necessairy. Logically it should be like this. Mutants are obviously stronger/more powerful then any of the normal races..with the exception of...
Utopians/Rutopians and any that is specifically specified later. So..a Mutant can defeat a Venetian, Mercurian, etc and normally quiet easily.
However, the Mutants should all be about even .. with only a few exceptions. The more powerful 'bad guys' (that are meant to give the whole group a challenge), and some 'ancients' Good guys that are very powerful, but really don't interfear in the grand scheme of things.
Venetians - Not exactly what you expect here. They are very honorable and have given their word that most of their prejudices are left on Venus. They do not hate or even dislike men. Seeing men as equals is something they can accept. It is only when a guy tries to make agressive moves (putting their hands on a Venetian without her saying so, etc) that they will get hostile. Also, taking orders from a Male (ie he is their boss) does not sit well with them. HOWEVER, they will accept it since they have given their WORD.
Will cover the first three planets in this post, and the rest in the next.
Mercurians- Though they are agile and graceful in combat, unless they are doing their 'death dance' they are no better in combat then most humans. Their death dance makes them dangerous, but they die after using it.
Venetians start combat training BEFORE they can walk. Their life is fighting. Because Fighting determines the Heiarchy of their world. The strongest lead, the rest follow. The Queen is THE BEST fighter..and usually a Mutant to boot. The only way to become queen, is to kill the old one. Period. Mix in greater then normal strength, superior reflexes and agility, and the tough hide they have developed surviving in a sulpher atmosphere, and no human can even beat their children (discloding mutants)..let alone their warriors.
Earth - The most 'disadvantaged' race, if not for population. Not as smart as Martians or Neptunians, Not as strong as Andromedians, etc. However, they have a large population. They are also the most diplomatic.

Mars - Though a bit stronger and denser then humans, they are not the best fighters. Tech is their strong point.
Saturn - Technically they all are 'mutants'. Heck all of them are as strong, as fast, etc as 'Superman'. If they ever got to the point where they were not laid back and relaxed..the universe might be in danger. However, they are peacenicks. They don't fight.
Neptune - Worst fighters..period. They have NO fighting skills, nor do they want any.
Uranians - Well..they are hard to describe fight skill wise. They can never 'defeat' anybody..but they would never lose in a fight either. They have the 'ultimate' defense technique for fighting. If a Mercurian and a Urianian fought..and the Mercurian used the 'death dance'..they wouldn't ever have to worry. The fight would last forever, so the Mercurian would not have to worry about dying when they won. .
Andromedians - Technically they are not so hot of fighters. Slow, cumbersome..etc. Since one of their hits can rip through titanium hides ... never let one ever actually make contact with you however. Wouldn't be enough to scrape up with a squeegy. Also..if you are hitting them in melee..might as well pack up and go home. You can hit them all day..and all night, and for years..and they won't ever feel it. Most melee weapons are useless against them also. Even laser weapons can't peirce their hides.

Subterrans- the 'hidden' race of Earth. Note that they haven't been contacted by the Federation yet(Udirah is seen as another mutant) . They're keen melee fighters and are spiritual people. Mutations are a rarity amongst them.

The Badlands an Area of space that most law breakers go to kick back and relax.it's full of lawless crimals such as space Pirate,Slavers,Theives,and Murders.All the worst that space have to offer.Most Galaxy Rangers would keep clear of.They are the black market of space you want it most of the time they have it.

OK, guys, just to clear some things up, Observers are the leaders of the IDP Covert Operations.
There are in total, 15 Observers, but only one is known. He is the Voice of the Observers. In this case, the Voice is Observer Alcander Cornor.
However, the true leader of the Observers is completely unknown, to preserve the security of the IDPCO. Even the other Observers don't know who he is except for the Voice.
The Observers are also said to be puppets of the council, though often it had been the other way around. At this point, no one knows what's up.
Should the Observers be threatened directly, they will retaliate with extreme force, otherwise, all they do is observe the events that are in motion and capitalize upon the situation by ordering the Covert Operatives, and sometimes, Ghost Operatives, to do their bidding.

Okay. The thief's object. Creates a bubble that locks all within in place. Dimensional jumps, and other things as such are out. After the bubble does its stuff there, it transports all wthin, except the object across random dimensions, in a chain style, with around a thousand links. It then destroys itself, creating bubbles around it, sending it's parts to several dimensions as well.
