Quite new to Heroes of Might and Magic
Hi! I'm new!
I've got a question: which heroes of might and magic should i start on? I played the 3rd many years ago, but i've now lost the disc. Should i start again with the fifth one? Which is the best one for you guys?

I recommend you get the Tribes of the East standalone expansion -- it gives you the best of H5, and the most 'fun' in my opinion.

Thanks for the replies, although they came too late... in a mindless rampage I bought Heroes 3 from GoG and the Heroes 5 package from the Steam holiday sale
I think I'll lose all my holidays over them. I'm done for.

Was the black sheep of the family, some loved it, others hated it. Took some liberties away from H3 traditional gameplay though it did add some interesting features. Had great campaigns if anything.

H4 is good to look at. That's about all. Unless you get Equilibrus for it (An Add-On). But still, 2, 3 and 5 should do you well.
