I think it's a stupid or noobish question, but plz can you read?
Do you know how to increase the hero speed on the map without modify the setting of the game?
Like Alaric who is very slow..

you must go in the animset files of the object (the hero)
for each animation there is a speed, a delay etc etc

Thats really good question how to change hero speed without modifying the map of the game. But i dont think it is possible to change hero speed without modifying the map of the game. I didnt tried it till now but i dont know why you want to change hero speed without change in games setting. If you change game setting what goes wrong.

yes it's possible.
I've changed hero speed several time. the trick is the same for creatures.
moreover several NCF has their speed changed ...by their creator.

Wait, so (I'm sure it's been asked before, but I couldn't easily find the answer) how can I increase the walking speed of Shadow Dominatrices? (Mistresses)
