Rex is planning a little Smash-&-Grab at an armybase. It will cause quite the ruckus, but seeing as how the army is supposed to stand it's own, I'm not sure if Heroes will turn up. However it will be very distracting for do-gooders as a whole.

We'll have to find a way to take down that darkness dude. For that REX would be perfect. Not to mention Palmer. He'd be beating him in his own game if we would give him some detection equipment. I think I already have a plan.
REX will pay back to S.P.E.C.I.A.L. by helping in the darkness guy issue.

Remember that Rex does not realy have any power over Palmer. But depending on how Darknessguy gets his power, Rex might able to help. On the other hand Rex has but one rule in his life and that is: "Overkill does not exist." So he might be able to overpower Darknessguy by just overkilling the situation.

REX has the technology required. S.P.E.C.I.A.L. doesn't handle technology well. Outside of some driving skills and ability to manage her matters on her computer she's pretty much technology disabled.

I realized that we got two pairings who are quite simular:
Xion & Carrie
Rex Mallard & Palmer
Both contains evil scientists/machinists madmen and psychopathic madman/woman

Perhaps so, but the relationships between them are different. The relation between Mallard and Palmer is strained, they get on eachother's nerves, they both have projects they don't want the others involved in, distrust eachother and it will likely end in disaster.
Xion and Carrie are almost the opposite. They seem to like and trust eachother, are commited to their project and don't plan betrayal of eachother and/or Zero's plan.

Physical Appearance: 5 foot 11 inches tall. Very muscular, but lean as well. Has a very bright shade of blonde hair. He also has green eyes.

Wait, wait, wait, wait. That means Xion actually should have some basis on her power as well, as he salvaed what he could from Morte's data base. Or so I like to tell myself. Of course a lot could have happened with the data by then.

Just because Morte worked on Carrie, it doesn't mean that he kept it on his database. At least not the one you raided. Crazy guys like him always keep their secret files in a super security tight computer in a secret location with absolutely no networked connections so that it can be stolen.

By the way, the only living person that knows where it is happens to be Zero...and he's in Austria now. Also tell me when you are going to do the little attack Sidewinder and Inferno thingy. Leon and Raphael are keeping close checks on them. It would be a shame to have their work undone.

We are gonna do our attack on inferno in three days from where we are.
And seing as we are in the night between day one AZD and day two AZD it would be in day four AZD(I suppose).
