The way soO splits his army o.O That was actually very impressive game from him. You can loose so much by sectioning your army to smaller parts and letting your opponent crush them one by one. But not with that control  I can imagine the nightmare of trying to defend that without forcefields, just ouch...

4: RMZ well he didn't respect the Voidrays! ;D I always have thought they are sick sick sick. To be more serious soO was a bit unlucky he ran past the Zealots with his lings and didn't see them apparently. And 4 Spores should give you enough time to bring your Infestors/Queens but I don't know how soO crumbled that hard in that attack.

I am not surprised.
I really think that in LotV some mechanics should change. Being able to snipe half of the Zerg's main, or even other bases, and just recall back is just idiotic. You are never in danger, at least not until Zerg gets out Vipers or massive amount of Corrupters/Mutas and by then it is probably way too late.
On the other hand, Zerg's Nydus Worm is denied by 5 Probes and a Sentry, amazing...

I do agree that Recall can be extremely silly sometimes - just like many more things in SC2 (FFs, Mules, Oracle against a defendless main, Banes?, bio sniping nexus, turtle mech, turtle SHs, etc...)
But I don't think they are going to change anything of this on LotV (well, maybe SwarmHosts, MAYBE). And just like some stuff added on HotS (Muta regen, Recall, TimeWarp, etc...) are negative to the game in some ways, I fear what they might bring with LotV.
As for Nydus, I always wanted to see changes on them, but don't forget that they can carry a full army either.

They can carry a full army, which is completely pointless since you can't use them in someone's base at all...
Most of the time I see Nydus being used just to transport your slower army like Queens and Hydras to the front of enemy base. Maybe they will add those Nyduses from HotS alpha, they would be really cool. Even though they probably won't buff the current Nydus, it would make Nydus network more viable and will give you more options.

My Flash Player just crashed when the armies collided, GOD! Just my luck. I would like Nudys to be used more as a tool to reinforce your slower troops near enemy, must like Protoss uses Pylons. Then it should be cheaper though. I am not sure if it should allow easy access to enemy bases, but sure it could be played with in a test map.
Edit. soO tilted because of the cannon rush? wut? He just has sat there all game. He had like a 10 minute window to attack with the Hydras lol.
Edit2. Pretty typical games for teammates PartinG was so close, but that was just SUCH a gamble for last game. Mind gaaameesss

There's also the problem that Zerg already has the most mobile army, so it's a bit pointless to give them an easy way to drop their whole, fastly made army in your enemy base. IT's very hard to balance...
Not like Blizzard has tried anything in the last years
Back to the game, with herO eliminated means two SKT players will advance!

Scaring soO. with all thos hallucinations soO thought PartinG had AoE damage and he was reluctant to attack into PartinG bases. And while soO was scared in his bases, PartinG teched to both AoE techs while at the same time harassing soO all over around.

It felt a tad excessive though, but I suppose better safe than sorry.
Btw, PartinG's micro isn't enough, 1-1, the robo scout early on really helped.
