Cool, I hadn't spotted that thread.  

What I've ripped from the russian thread on shooting lasers (as opposed to projectiles) isn't covered in this english one, so I'll add this info.

Hi all, my first post here, so sory if i do something wrong . Now, the only reason why im posting here is because of this awesome mod, and wanted  to say thank you for great work on this. This is the second best thing that hapend to h3, the first one is WOG.

Now, i didnt played for long, only a few days now, and I must say that the Castle lineup is fuc$%$# great. It reminds me of h2. Love the paladin look, the only thing I dont like that much is the sound of walking and attacking of a man that has a heavy armore on him. Maybe you could copy the sound from h2 paladin.

Im not gay, but hero of light, will you marry me?

Why cant new heroes 6 be so good like this, ohh whyyy?

Off i go to WOG thread to ask the creators there also to marry me. By, and thanks again.

Thanks Somi for your kind (although somewhat disturbing) words. It's always nice to have my work apreciated (and the fans' enthusiasm always helps me to keep it up).

As for the Castle town you're right, the lineup was inspired by Heroes II and IV. In the matter of the Paladins, i can't really do anything about their sound since they use the Archangel's sound and it can't be changed (without changing the Archangel's sounds as well). I don't think it's a big deal anyway.

Yes. Unless you download the standalone version which already contains WOG and HoL installed in it.

Well yes, if you care to look on the download section in the first page, you will see that there is also a download link for HoLv3.1 standalone version (in addition to the other ones that require WOG to be installed).

First of all. I really like the mod. Great work!
I have a question though. If I alter a map in either the H3maped or the WoGmaped it won't appear on the list of avaiable scenarios in game. Do I need to alter them with a hex editor? Or is there a specific way to create maps or alter maps so they will appear in the game?

First of all h3mapeditor doesn't work on wog. You must use the wog map editor. Secondly, the Wog's map editor works exactly as in original Heroes III. Thirdly, if you have the original heroes also installed maybe you're saving the changes in the old maps directory. When you save a new (or altered) map make sure it ends up in the right place (that is in the standalone version's maps folder).

I don't think that has to do with my mod. Maybe you have the WOG option that creates magical terrain patches in random turned on and so a Clover Field was pasted above the rocky terrain of yours.

I don't think I have that feature turned on, anyway I will check it next time.
Now concerning the other bug. Often when I end my turn the game will stop responding and deliver a message:

Same bug occurs when I recruit Isra a strange skill on this occasion (Heroes start at level 5 feature turned on). When she is recruited the icon of Pathfinding will be show and it tells me I am "MUSIC_VOL" in Armorer and then the game crashes.

It is a local WoG bug, nothing about HoL mod. When you get it, don't click on and continue playing. Usually next turn is gone. I guess some WoG variables overlap with regular game ones.

First of all, great great work. Itīs a really fantastic mod.
But iīve got one problem. I canīt install HoL 3.1 - Crimson Tides.
because i canīt change the shortcut icon on my desktop. So if i run the WOG-Update folder it says, thereīs nothing in the folder
Does anybody have a solution?
