Wow! A little flu and I am now way behind! Hmm Becky doesn't do much shopping for herself (she isn't seen in public much, has people who do that sort of thing), and is more worried about revenge then anything..but I'll figure out why she would be there and involved tonight.

And now without further addo, I will post my character galleri, starting with:

Villain Character:
Name: Xion
Alias: "Xion the Crimson Deathsong" and "Jack Redfox, the owner and director of the leading nanobot technology development corporation."
Background: Xion was born in poverty, and as a kid he learned the art of stealing and gang fighting. Quite often, Xion would find himself in though situasions and he was often beaten up and went hungry, but the life on the street just thoughed him up. However, when the small "gang" he belonged to was completely crushed by another gang or arrested by the police, Xion was on the brink of death. It was about then he met Morte, a mad scientist who he later would learn was a renowed "super villan"(this character was made by berny). Morte offered Xion a choise, to keep living on the street and most likely die, or to come with him and become a pioneer into science. Xion chose the later of the two options, and like that, Xion took his first steps on the road to villainy.
In Morte's lab, Morte ran alot of experiments on Xion trying to see if he had any form of special powers or something. Xion was not all to bright back then and didn't understand all of it, but Morte started educating him, teaching him how to read and write and the basics of math. One day however, by pure coincidence, Morte found out that Xion had a special power; The power to see other supers. It was pure coincidence that one they while they were out walking, Xion had stopped pointed on a man up on a roof and said "That man can fly!" and to Morte's great surprise, the man did jump from the roof and start flying as well. Morte had asked the kid how he'd know the man would fly, and the Xion said "He have wings, of course he could fly." These wings that Xion talked about however, did not exist, for only Xion could see them.
Then came the day when Morte decided to use Xion as a test subject for his nanobot technology, and he implanted him with nanobots that were to strengthen him in all attributes. The experiment was a success, something Morte could see from Xion's rapid growth in both strength and speed, as well as Xion suddenly becoming sharper, brighter and more easily learnable than usually. Some years would pass with Morte improving these nanobots and devoloping them even further, before the great change came. The great change, was the of a hero named the dueler, who now had turned into a super villan named 'Zero'. Zero had the ability to predict the future, and he had seen his own death and started fearing for his own life. Because of this, Zero got the idea that he could use nanobots to lengthen his own lifespan, so he went to another expert on nanobots(Morte) and the two made a deal. With two of the greatest geniuses working together on one science project, the nanobot technology rocket blaster into the sky, and it did not take long before the two found a way to make nanobots slow the aging rate. At this point however, Morte had grown tired and fearful of Zero and had decided to kill him, but Zero was already four steps ahead of him and personally killed Morte.
With Morte dead, Xion was left alone full of nanobots which now were vital to his life. So to be able to maintain, upgrade and improve the nanobots inside of himself, he started studying nanobot technology full time. Thanks to the improved pychical abilties he had gotten thanks to the nanobots, he robbed a few banks to get the money he needed for school, life and the corporation Nanotech(I feel unoriginal, okay?) which he later founded.
But life did not stay merry forever, because the police that was investigating the bank robberies he had done to earn his start money was almost onto him, so something had to be done. Xion decided to "sell" his company to a man named Jack Redfox before he himself would run off. This Jack Redfox however, was only a clever disguised Xion using the nanobots to alter his looks. Thus started a grand new double life for Xion, as he would switch between being the 'law following' polite 'english gentlman' Jack Redfox, and the infamous underworld hitman, assasin and murderer, "Xion the Crimson Deathsong". Indeed, Xion felt like he had found the brother which he never had in his new double life as these two characters, where he finally could his life full of all the things he found fun and pleasing.
Much later, Xion got invited to a party at Zero's mansion. At the party, he and some fellow colleagues got involved in on a little game of cat and mouse with two superheros known as Inferno and Sidewinger. The villains were to chase the two heroes and kill them before the end of October.
Xion personally found the game to be enjoyable, and together with a teenage girl prown to psychopathic behavior, he murdered every known relative and friend(exageration) of fameous superhero Inferno, but the two did not however get the superhero himself.
However, to everyones great suprise(and Xion's irritation) the game turned out to be a scam play set in motion by the very much alive Morte! With a promise to battle Inferno after killing Morte, Xion ganged together with fellow supervillains as well as a few superhumans and superheroes to kill Morte and take back control over their own lives, saving the city of New Constantinopel in the same strike(This event was struck from Xion's resumé afterwards.).
After the so called "Supervillain war" Jack Redfox was killed by Iratus Virgo, a former victim of Xion's villainy, who mostlikely killed Jack for his questionable connection to Xion. After that event Xion disappeared, and the databank in all his known hideouts were stripped when the police arrived. Since then nobody have heard a word from or about Xion. It is assumed that he is living the life on some tropical island somewhere, but if you ask some, they still say Xion is around, waiting for the right moment to come back to wreck havok.
Physical Appearance: Xion is yellow eyed with semi long ragged blond-brown hair. He his about 1,83 and is muscular(not the huge bulky type of muscular). He acts quite psychotic and often dress in black leather longcoats and black military boots which are often stained in blood. As Xion, he can keep grinning in even the thoughest situasions and loves the smell of blood, sweat, fighting and death. He also have a habbit of breaking into songs as he fight.
Jack Redfox is a man with short black hair and blue eyes, he also have a two scars on his face, one going horisontally on his chin and the other in a slash over his nose. He often wear comfortable cloths that are always clean, and he is a nice and calm person who is quite intelligent and knows alot about robots and science.
Age: Unknown, being injected with Nanobots slowed his aging process insanly. Even thou it's way over thirty years since he was injected with it, he still looks like he is in his mid-twenties.
Powers: The only power he was originally born with was the power to detect and sense other supers. Sometimes(read: rarly) he can see what powers other supers have. Like(let's use S.P.E.C.I.A.L. as an example) S.P.E.C.I.A.L.'s case he would see a golden dragon floating around her. But this being instantly able to see what powers other supers have is rare for him, but if he already have witnessed their power or guessed it correctly, the thing connected with that person's power will keep floating around that person whenever he sees them. in But he truly calls for his 'power' are the billions of nanobots which are inside his body. These nanobots can be programmed to do different things, from regenerating him to make weapons or materialize other things. However, they are not intelligent enough themselves to instantly change between these things and must be manually reprogrammed to handle different situasions. Currently(at the start of this RP I mean) they are programmed to analyze Xion's thoughts and when reading a keyword they will replicate themselves to materialize whatever Xion is currently thinking of.

NPC Heroes
Name: Emina
Alias: Iratus Virgo(Current) & Ocean Patronus(Former)
Background: Emina and her boyfriend Michael(below) were a just two average students who saw all the wrong doing that happened in the world around them. When both of them turned 19, they discovered that they both possessed superpowers. Deciding to use these powers for "the greater good" Emina and Michael dressed up like knightly protectors of the people and started punishing evildoers!
Five years would pass without them running into to much trouble in their career. But during this time the two had started taking down a infameous and highly dangerous crime syndicate. One night, the two had found the syndicate's HQ and had decided to take it down for good. What the two did not know however, was that the boss was currently in a meeting with Xion, a supervillain who loved pain and suffering.
During the battle between the two heroes and Xion, the three thore the whole place appart. But being a lot more experienced in battles between supers than the two heroes, Xion was able to get the upper hand and when Michael's guard was down, Xion beheaded him with a halberd. Enraged, Emina abandoned all of her common sense and just sent everything she had at Xion. Xion took advantage of her blind rage status, and threw a bomb made out of nanobots right into her face. After the explosion Emina was assumed dead by everyone including Xion.
But Emina was not dead. She survived the explosion, although only barely, and she fought her way to a hospital. While recovering for the battle Emina begun laying plans for vengance against Xion. Her armour was blown to pieces, but her will was stronger then ever. She decided to wait with her vengance until she was stronger and more prepared with information, and so she has laid low for almost 10 years before she returned to "active duty". Well back in active duty, the first thing she did was to kill Jack Redfox, Xion's alias. Vengance was hers!
Physical Appearance: Emina is 168cm high and has long blonde hair. Her eyes are saphire blue and her body is slim and gracious in appearance. Today her beauty is somewhat ruined by the scares she has all over her body, although she keeps them hidden under her cloths. Her most noticable scare is a star shaped one she has on the backside of her right hand(but she usually have gloves over it). She has lost the ability to see on her left eye and therefore she often wear sunglasses in day to day businiess.
As "Ocean Patronus", she dress in a full plate armour(did not find fitting full armour to show) with angel like wings attached to its back. She also weared a Helmet to cover her face. Both the helmet and her armour was covered in wight silk cloths that hang like ribbons after her, supporting her angelic appearance.
Now, as Iratus Virgo, her armour is almost the same old except for that they are all cracked on many places and tainted with "blood stains"(artificially produced). Her wings are still there but in a shape that makes them look like they have been clipped. The white ribbons are now been replaced by blood red onces. She is now not fighting for justice and to protect others, but for vengance over all criminal minds.
Powers: Her powers are the capability to create and control Hydrogen in both its liquid and gaseous state. She normally uses this ability to burn her enemies to crisps, but because she loves to use Hydrogen as a fluid, she called herself "Ocean Patronus"
Skills: She has a great understanding of languages, being able to fluently speak English, French, German, Swedish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish. As well as being able to write both Latin and Italian. She works as a guide for all kinds of tourists that come to NC and therefore knows a lot about the city and history as well.
Other notes: At the beginning of Superheroes she is 35years old.

Powers: Back when he was alive, Michael's power was the ability to control(and create, although it almost was necessary to create it) Oxygen.

My New Hero
Name: Henrick von Bayern
Alias: Der Kommissar AKA The Commissioner
Background: Henrick was a well respected and successful cop in Germany until something awful occured him. During his investiation of a crime syndicate he discovered that all of his superiors and many of his friends were on the payroll to the syndicate. In the shock and rage that he felt upon discovering this, he confronted his boss(who also happened to be his best friend at the time) about this discovery of his. The boss responded by trying to kill Henrick, but Henrick reacted fast and away and from the gun and only got shot in his left leg. Cornered by his former friend and boss, Henrick was desperate and was just waiting for his final breath when the gun turned hot red in the hand of his would-be killer. Dropping the gun, the gun spun around in the air and fired a shot right into the chest of its master as it hit the ground, killing him instantly. Henrick was not dumb enough to stay, so he crawled himself out of the police station and escaped successfully.
After having gotten his leg fixed, Henrick started to gather evidence on the corruption of the police force, and their connection to the crime syndicate, in the hopes that his superiors's superior would start a mass arrest once he gave them the evidence. Years would pass with Henrick having to stay hidden while he was being hunted by the syndicate, and during that time, Henrick discovered his powers to manipulate heat in area's and objects. After three years on the run, Henrick had finally found enough evidence to condemn the whole police force. Henrick finally emerged, but not as Henrick, but as "Der Kommissar" who hunted down arrested any criminals connected to the syndicate.
It did not take long from "Der Kommissar"'s debut and the purging of the police force. It merely took three weeks before all the corrupted police officers and men were arrested by other states police forces. And in the meantime, Der Kommissar had been busy arresting criminals, which he sent to the police like mailbags. Unfortuntly, the leader of this German crime syndicate got the gist of what was happening and decided to go on the run. He took all the money he could get his dirty little claws on before taking the first plane that was going out of Germany. As fate would have it, the plane was heading for a city called New Constantinopel, the heart of all superheroes and supervillains in the whole world. After finnishing cleaning up in his own hometown, and with the crime rates had dropped with almost a 100%, Der Kommissar decided that it was time to take his holy crusade to the heart of all evil, and to finish his job with the syndicate. Taking the first plane to NC, Der Kommissar had taken his first step into a whirlwind of chaos and superpowers.
Physical Appearance: Hero Appearance. He is about 182cm High, physical fit with short brown hair and a brown moustache. He has a scar going horisontally over his nose as well as another one going diagonaly down his left eye crossing the nose scar and his mouth. He is 37 years old and is a chain smoker. His eyes are coloured brown.
Powers: Heat Manipulation. Henrick is able to manipulate the heat in any area that's 50m in radius around him. That is to say, he can suddenly turn the heat up to way over 50C in the whole area 50m in either direction from, him, or he can keep it contained in any small "heat" bubble that he wants. He can also just remove all heat(and I mean ALL heat) from objects around him leaving them cold enough to freeze yourself on.
Weakness: Henrick is somewhat näive and might appear to be to easy to trick sometimes, especially since the only thing he really wants is to do some good in the world. If given the choise between saving a innoncent bystander or capturing a villain, he would save the innoncent bystander. However his real weakness lies in the amount of concentration that is required to manipulate heat. It is easy if just wants to cook everything alive he would barely need to think about it. But as he wants to avoid killing as much as possible, his power requires "huge" amounts of concentration to make sure that the area or object he wants to heat up/cool down is cooled down, and no some poor snow 20meters away.
Skills: Henrick is a gifted mechanic with the knownledge to fix almost any vehicle that exist to this day, and he is quite quick on the uptake when it comes to other forms of machinery(He could probably help fix Becky's chair for example should it malfunction. All he need to know is how it works in the first place).
In spite of never abandoning his mask and hero ID, Henrick is quite good at going underground and staying hidden for long times. Three years on the run has taught him much, and only the best experts has been able to find him.
Within his longcoat there are many weapons and handcuffs concealed. Most of them are(With War-Overlord's permission) of the fameous Mandfred von Drake's production line, however they are all most just pistols and they are very much "old generation" as these were aquired by taking them from the German crime syndicate.
Other Notes: Der Kommissar(or The Commissioner as he is called in NC) never takes his hero cloth off in public. He has no other identity other than his hero ID and his income is the rewards he get from the city state that comes in appreciation of his work.

Ohh sorry. She has a weakness, I just forgot to mention it....And she is an NPC who I will most likely not control....And I am not really sure what her weakness is, Berny can figure that one out xP

Ok, I just wanted to make this clear for everyone. There's no need to edit your posts, but you all seem to be having a twisted Idea of the Machine Mob. I should know, they are my creation. And as such Berny promised me I'd have shared controll over them.
First of all, the Machine Mob does not simply rob stores and other businesses. It's beneath them, or so the controller thinks. They have set up a protection-racket though, but they do not enforce that at gunpoint. They will trash a place and demand more money if one fails to pay.
Heroes thwarting payment is just as much considered a failure to pay. So everytime one of us stops a payment, the Droids will come back with some more of it's brothers and demand the payment. That payment might be higher than before or it might be enforced by destruction of the protecties property.(This is more of an unfair money-squeezing system than my char runs in CORE rgp) So everytime we stop a payment we are making the situation worse.
For those wanting to know what other things the Machine Mob is up to, just ask. Here or via the HCM.
Second, for those who do not know them already. The Droids looke like this. They often dress in long trenchcoats and hats and carry all manner of illegal weapons.
There are more types, but these make up 90% of their number. And for every one that is destroyed, one or more roll of the productionline.
Lastly, keep in mind that the Droids are hard to destroy and unless they are completely destroyed, the functioning parts will keep on doing what they are supposed to. For those who kept up with Supervillains, Rex always was fond of building in redundancies to keep his machines going no matter what and these droids are no exception.
So try to keep this in mind, if you would be so kind.

I can't wait until I can launch Xion's great plan(I will HCM you the details later today Berny. Right now I am at school).
Ohh and just as a heads-up. On the news the mall incident will be explained and laid out just as my character explained it to the police. So Econ, you are gonna show up in the news

Well yeah, I figured protection money instead of a robbery actually... but I just needed a way for my char to move on, so I used the droids! Don't see how it could be very dangerous, as people have used my Doctor in wrong ways before too..

I'm not one for throwing Hissyfits anyway. I will ask for edits when they are necesary, but not before.
Another thing that I recalled was not very clear before.
Rex Mallard lives, as you may have guessed. He is now a technopath, as he was in the last throws of Supervillains. What that effectively means is that Rex' mind is a technology virus. His mind infects machines and he can controll them, cause them to malfunction and in some cases cause the machines to break/melt. His mind can leap from machine to machine in effective bluetooth range and over broadcasting channels. (for example when he is controlling his droids, his mind can go into machienery near the droids and over tv, telephone and internet connections)
This power is not limitless and rex usualy has his hands/mind full with functioning as a hivemind for his army of droids. The droids can act without Rex' direct guidance, but they are then bound to the letter of their orders. Droids not under direct guidance view Rex as something akin to a God and it is no wonder that Rex will start calling himself the Machine God in the near future
As for Rex himself, he is in hiding. Nobody knows where he is, not even I know. He has become Half-Machine himself as he has replaced half his body with robotics. Most of the time he is hardwired to the machinery in his hideout, but when he is unhooked his mechanics are as potent as any superpower.

Yeahm that, well I only saw that days later when berny asked us to do epilogues. I feel kinda bad about it, but you should have sent a HCM.
Also I recall asking Berny if I could take down the Doctor during the last fight when I discussed Rex' technopathy. But I think I shouldda done it in the OOC so everyone knew about it.
But it worked out in the end. So no hard feelings?
