Fallout 3 was more in your face about survival n' ****
NV is too organised for me, it feels more like a desert survival, rather than a post apocalyptic survival game.

Yeah, because figthing in power armor next to dudes with power armor against dudes with power armor, with laser guns no less, is just about that

I'm talking about atmosphere, Fallout 3 you couldn't even get decent water, the brahmin freaked me the hell out, and Megaton was a complete **** hole, now it's just a hole ( ), NV is too 'clean', too safe and secure.

It had better atmosphere imo... more apocalyptic.
New Vegas was better in every other regard though.

F3 absolutely ridiculed Fallout lore.
F:NV stayed mostly true to it. Yes, places are "cleaner" because it's not the period where Fallout1 takes place - it's past F2, so it's natural communities grew big and countries are formed. F3 is ridiculous in its disregard towards its predecessors' legacy.

Also, as per lore, NV is "cleaner" because only like 3 nukes hit the area

I thought about reinstalling FNV for a while but then I decided against it, seeing that I already made a "perfect" powergamed character and the game is a massive time eater.
Here are some photos of my bad@ss dude  I've been using five weapons: Blood nap, Industrial fist, Riot Shotgun, Survivalist Rifle, GRA Antimateriel Rifle.

I finally decided to make a proper energy weapons build and use the GRA goodies.
And DAAAAYYYYUUUUMMM, the Sprtel-Wood 9700 with revelant perks+optimized ammunition...I think this thing spits out among the highest possible DPS in the game

Actually, no. The highest DPS to a 0 DT target title belongs to regular Gatling Laser. the GRA one has lower DPS.
But, if you count DPS drops on reloads and optimized ammo (instead of max overcharge), many weapons do similar at 0 DT, and way better at 5-30 DT And don't need 100-200 ammo per second.
Sadly, energy weapons suck in FNV.
The best "regular damage to everything" weapon = Blood nap knife. The best "highest possible DPS with all drugs and enhancers" = Blood nap too. I've played Bloodnap build for a reason

What are you talking about? The Sprtel-wood has 20 higher DPS on a DT 0 target. Not to mention better range and lower spread. While the Gat laser might have more ammo on it, I am 100% certain that with fast reload I can pump out more shots than the Gat laser ever can.
I could use Max ammo but that considering the firerate my gun would melt like butter

If has a slower firing rate, mate. 20 shots per second compared to gatling laser's 30 shots per second.

Ahh, sorry, I've been running a mod that gives the Sprtel-wood an overlock module (far faster firerate).

My first modfor New Vegas, finally going to tailor one of my favorite games to what it should be. (one small step though)
I'd appreciate it if ya'll could give me suggestions on good mods (I want eet all)

Just downloaded a SC2 weapons, armour, and a companion mod. (testing it now)
Doubt that I will play NV to any great length, but I still download juicy mods for both skyrim and NV.

Yeah now and then I check by the Vegas Nexus and find something awesome that makes me wanna play the game again.
Opening up NMM and seeing all the stuff that needs updating is terrifying though o_O

I haven't bought nor Fallout 3 nor Fallout New Vegas and i was wondering, which you would suggest me to buy?
And the answer "both" doesn't count because that is waaay to time consuming to play them both.
