It's what it says on both system info and cmd, so I have no idea wether it can handle Skyrim or not, a google search tells me nothing.

Have you checked system properties?
What you posted only tells me what family the processor belongs to.

Isn't system properties in start -> all programs -> assecories -> system info?

I'll instruct ya in semi-swedish:
Right-click on Den Här Datorn or Dator, click on Egenskaper.
EDIT: I insulted you with my swenglish didn't I? If I remember right you're studying programming so... ^^

Your CPU is ok. I'm guessing Medium depending on what other stuff you have in your box.
It meets the minimum reqs, though you answered that yourself ^^

New Photage (custom trailer)
There was recently a new video featuring seriously irritating commentators who had no idea what they were playing. "SO SKYRIM IS THE 2ND ELDER SCROLLS DERP, LOOK FROST ARROWS FROZE THE RABBIT HERP"
This guy removed the comments and added music instead. Enjoy the cities of Skyrim.
I can say that the graphics looks good, but after playing The Witcher 2 it's definitely not amazing. Looks very atmospheric though, love the night shots.

Seems like Soule is going for a more ambient soundtrack this time... Oblivion's OST was good but it became a bit annoying hearing the same melodies all the time. I think this direction is much better, this isn't the kinda tune you can get annoyed at

Well ok, reviewers copies of Skyrim have been sent out, and of course there are some reviewers who just can't resist saying **** you to Bethesda and post their own gameplay videos.
There are likely spoilers fricking everywhere right now so I ain't gonna be looking for any more news now; don't wanna ruin anything for myself when we're this close to release.
Two weeks 'til release! Can't wait.

It's more mature than earlier that's for sure, we've even got decapitations this time.
I've read that alcohol has actual effect on you in this game... makes ya dizzy and stuff.
If you watched my video above you maybe noticed how lively the taverns look... that's where I'm gonna hang out after a long day of exploring...

I believe eating and drinking is done in 3rd person, I did not see alcohol usage warnings on oblivion and hell, I drained my intelligence into the ground by consuming a couple of kegs worth of Tamika's. As for sexual scenes, that's new to Elder Scrolls so no comment.

It's Sexual Themes and I believe Oblivion had 'em as well... remember the Anvil mission with the all-female gang?
You can have a partner and even marry in Skyrim though, so one would expect at least some sexual themes, but Pete Hines has said that there will be no bom-chicka-wow-wow animations (actual quote). Modders will take care of that in no time though...

Yes Todd made a comment about the Oblivion's 'naked mod'.
Also while looking for an official oblivion trailer/gameplay (to see their ratings) I stumbled unto this Elder Scrolls VI: Equestria. It seems they have one for most games.

Without those nude mods we wouldn't have had the improved and more realistic body meshes we have now for Oblivion though.
There are underwear versions, I use 'em. Don't see the point of nudity as I have no sex mods installed.

I play only Morrowind on my PC so I wouldn't know, purchased Oblivion as my first game for . I miss being able to mod my games, but at-least I never have to worry about having to re-spec my PC or the frustration of lag and the level of detail and animation in the Skyrim footage's is sunning and above my expectation. (I'm under the impression that all of them are 360 and no PC clips released yet, what you posted is 360 anyway that's for certain)
