Ah but they're so rare... would probably become similar to carrying Mini-Nukes in Fallout 3... you just always carry them with you but never use them cuz you're waiting for that "special" enemy.
River Betty + Deathbell is my bread-and-butter poison.

 Can you poison foods and such? It would be a lovely addition to the game, I enjoyed accidently consuming poisoned apples in Oblivion (or placing them in guard food stores and watching them fall over and die all over the city  )

Nope, you can't.
Silly Oblivion mechanic anyway. "Oh look an apple appeared out of nowhere in my pocket! I best eat it right away!"
You can grab a Pickpocket perk that lets you slip poison into victims' bloodstream without anyone noticing though.

Deathbell, betty, salt Slow plus nice damage 
Also, deathbell, nightshade and I think it was skeever tail that brought lingering and nice damage, don't remember anymore though.

I use Deathbell + Skeever Tail + Giant Lichen for a pretty nice combo.
Results in Damage Health, Ravage Health and Weakness to Poison.

The most immersive experience in Skyrim... is sadly not accompanied by frostbite or some kind of cold effect but has one darn effect on my psyche.
Go swimming/diving beneath the ice or far to the north, with heavy armor, with a normal human, during a blizzard, during the night. Creepy, I tell you. Not horrifying, but makes me feel terribly uneasy. Pilgrim's Trench is uneasy enough (not that I could bear to breathe underwater for long, quick to drown). I imagine if we got frostbite from diving there it would be even more immersive.

I enjoyed the freezing effect (damage to health accompanied by camera shake and staggering) while traversing on the peak of the 'Throat of the world'

Hmmm, there is no coldbite in the game, not even on throat of the world. You can just ride there with your horse and wittness the world like a king first thing in the game. No quests needed.
King of the world with a levitating shadowmere after climbing straight up the mountainside from the wrong side. (no console commands used)
  
Poor shadowmare got a little spiked about levitating and wanted to try it again. Too bad this time he found it harder.
  
It also mastered invisibility!

I was walking through town and I walked past a guard, next thing I hear is "STOP, Thief!" then i turn around with my sword drawn and arrows flying past my head and charrging armed guards. I was forced to butchered them, while I was searching the corpses I found a thief's corpse....

I was strolling dangerously close to a cliff, and out of nowhere came a dog and pushed me over the edge.
I didn't fall to my death but the dog kept following me like it was freaking Spider-Man.
It's kinda fun to just wander around and record weird-@ss events.
Such as one with some random guy spinning in his bed while sleeping

I've restarted with my assassin character, and I just got to killing the first dragon, since I have subtitles on (I need to keep volume down due to thin walls  )
I noticed that the first dragon you slay (Mirmulnir) says "Dovakin, No!"
I feel bad now

I find the game much more relaxing without dragons actually 
Just gonna ignore the main quest with this char.

I did that with Oblivion in all game-throughs, I hated how oblivion gates charred the landscape, but thankfully dragons are a far less nuisance, their bones weigh a hefty amount and they are quite difficult to slay alone on expert, but you can always flee from them which is the best part imo.

But they show up in the towns and cause major ****ery when all I wanted to do was visit the herbalist and sleep a night at the inn
Sure I can still walk into the inn and sleep through the whole attack LIKE A BOSS but it ruins the immersion a bit ^^
I'm hoping for a mod that makes dragons much more rare and über-powerful. Maybe even let them use more shouts...
Oh look... patch downloaded. Yayifications.
EDIT:
I haven't started the game yet but apparently the patch breaks more than it fixes.
Back-up your saves before trying it out.
