oh please do belive that shadowmere can die. Sending him to tank against one giant wasn't the smartest idea. Elder dragons and a pair of frost trolls also can do the job.
But even when shadowmere dies, you just wait about 15 ingame days and return to the spot where he died. After that he will follow you again.

-click shadowmere
-type "disable"

Ahh, thanks DS  I could just leave the horse if i didn't want to use it, but, its so tempting to use the damn horse when i'm about to die

it's so much fun to watch double frost thralls decimate camps/caves/forts on their own
constant slowing + AoE stun + 1200 HP = rape (until they get stuck behind a doorway or something )
the other ones are meh though - even if they fit through doors they still float behind walls and do nothing while trying to keep their range...

I am currently having a problem with the Nexusmod manager. After I install it and it asks me where to put the mods and info I push next and then it starts and endless loop of Error messages telling me that "failed because acces denied " and I cant read the rest because there is a white box lol. Then it goes back to the dropdown box where I chose what I want to use (Fall Out, Oblivion etc.) and I cant close it lol. Any ideas whats up with that?

@Azagal: This might help:
Uninstall, redownload, right click the exe and select "run as administrator", then proceed as normal.
Also, do you have the latest .net framework?

As ever Adrius you save my day!
Great fun playing Skyrim! Except for when I barely kill a dragon (on expert with Deadly Dragons on HOLY **** THEY ARE TOUGH MOTHER******* especially since im dualwielding and have no defense except for the stuff I eat to give resistances LOL.
Had a fun experience today... I murdered a Dragon and I basically pulled all the tricks out of my hat and I barely defeat and im like YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!! I AM DOUVAKHIN!! NOTHING CAN KILL ME!! and then I hear the epic music from a new shout and I run towards it and SUDDENLY some lich named Krosis POPS OUT OF HIS GRAVE RIGHT NEXT TO ME!! GIVES ME A ****ING HEARTATTACK! But before I can die from my heart failing he has already nuked the living hell out of me with fireballs lol. I tried to kill the guy for half an hour (no spectacular gear just Dwarven full heavy armor and axes all Exquisite) and nearly managed to get him once (I got him against a wall and could just wail at him without him running) but I never really managed lol. He is way too strong for me. Damn on Expert the game aint all that easy lol. Oh Im lvl 15 btw. I have difficulty knowing whether Im in an area im not supposed to be since its all just so open. I can never finish quests lol since I always see something on my map and im like OH I MUST EXPLORE!!! And I meet stuff like Krosis than ANIHILATES me lol.

i know it's actually ten days ago but i want to recommend the new beta patch 1.4, it get's me +5-7 fps and doesn't add annoying bugs! Only the interface is still broken (since 1.2) but for that you can easily use an old skyrim - interface.bsa.

Is this near Shaerpoint? The guy appears like "All right you f***s, I requested to be buried on the the f****n' mountain so I can have some f****n' sleep and now you - yes, you, the idiot with the clownish helmet and the dra... the DEAD dragon - come here and start making hell of a noise! I'm definitely frying your ass now!" I'm still avoiding the place like a plague some 20 levels later.

I dunno, sure he could kill me with 2 spells but after he summoned a golem or two he agroed my minion which was immune. Then he ran out of juice and just kept his distance occasionally dodging

Well,after getting to lvl 40 and me still being with some orcish armor and morokei mask,i ifugred out that i wamted Daedric armor.
I got that oghima infimum or so and read about infinite leveling...
So after doing the process of reusing that thing for some 11 times,I got to level 50 and 100 in smithing.When I got dadric armor,I saw what I had missed through all these leveles...
No need to say,fighting 6 or 7 draugr deathlords would have been inpossible for me before...

Hmm... anyone else like to see an Underworld style mod that adds vampire and werewolf clans? Epic clan battles and stuff.
Also seperate questline to aquire the powers of both vampirism and lycanthropy, but become branded as an abomination by both clans and hunted forever.
