So I've bought this game at last. And really started to like it. It has its New Vegas things here and there. I hope its fun won't wear off like that game.
Just one thing though: Companions are even more stupid than the ones in Diablo 2. Stops following me. Doesn't care about the traps (I've waited him to come for 5 mins, while he was occupied stepping on the same door trap and dying 10 times and waking). Doesn't want to attack the enemies sometimes while I'm being beaten up.
This is the only thing I've disliked so far.

Bethesda hasn't been known for their good programming skill ever.
Their games are usually good in spite of the many flaws they have.

I looked forward to Skyrim's companion system. I liked the idea of being able to tell my companion to pick locks and stuff.
Too bad it's so impractically implemented. It's funny cuz New Vegas had a very handy companion wheel that was very easy to use. It's like a major step back.
Granted, New Vegas was made by Obsidian, but still... ya know. Bethesda production.

Alright, let's do another Adrius Mods session. Yeah I'll call it that.
Lesse' how I've awesomeized Skyrim since last time... both small and large mods.
Warpaint for all races
Unlocks all warpaints for all races. Dunno why this wasn't enabled from the beginning.
Killmove Plus
Adds new sync-kills and allows you to customize the chances of killmoves happening as well as camera options.
Sounds of Skyrim
Adds more than 460 sounds designed for immersion. Birds chirping, waves, ghastly howls... you name it, it's probably there.
Thundering Shouts
This simple mod lowers the pitch of the shout sounds and adds echoes, giving the shouts a really "deep" and powerful feel to them.
Shadow Striping Fix
You know that weird shadow **** that happens when you're near your fire in breezehome? Yeah that's gone now.
Skyrim Improved Menu
Epic, winter themed menu complete with new music and snowflakes instead of weird fog.
Jaysus Swords
A whole bunch of awesome, realistic swords. They're fricking awesome I tell you, and balanced. They're all obtained through forging. I especially love the Fine Basterd Sword, which can be seen on my character's back below.
Scout Armor
RANGER! This is high-tier gear aimed towards hunter characters. It comes with armor, hoods, capes, daggers, swords, parry-daggers, a bow and arrows. Balanced to Dragon Scale standard and craftable.
My character, Alerik Mist-Blood, wearing Scout Armor, with Fine Basterd Sword on back, being generally awesome.

Haha, just had a bug that was actually helpfull.
My mana regeneration was somehow ultra fast (Faster than i could spend it), and my one handed weapons could kill any foe with one strike!
Restarted the game, cuz its not fun without a challenge..

Playing with the Creation Kit... mostly modifying other people's work to my own taste.
The Armed to the Teeth mod is absolutely excellent. In vanilla Skyrim only your equipped weapons are shown on your character, but with Armed to the Teeth you can have a full set of weapons shown as sheathed.
I'm modding my character to have a hunting knife, bow and quiver + a two handed sword visible at the same time. Gonna look so rad.

Took a few minutes in the Creation Kit but it was worth it.
Got 3 weapons equipped at once instead of 1. Hell yeah.

Yeah that can be done, I had a mod like that in Oblivion.
Dunno if it's been done yet, think I've seen something similar somewhere.

So I hear patch 2.03 might fix some of the lag issues on the PS3 version. Anyone know what the word on the street is?
I'm not gonna buy the game until it works.

Guts before the exlipse could be done. Afterwards? That would be a dream-come-true: A repeating crossbow mixed with a cannon, and a blade that could shear through a metal I-beam.

Just convert the mods from Oblivion to Skyrim. Takes a few minutes for the modders once they get permission from the original creator.
...
