Nah they're going the pussy way of making children unkillable as far as I know.
Will be one of the first things I install a mod for I think.
Not that I like killing children... well with any character really, but it adds a sense of "OH GOD MUST PROTECT THE CHILDREN" when a dragon swoops down into a city, or a sense of "OH GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE?" when you accidentally swing a fireball the wrong way.

Really doubt that.
First off... you playing long enough for the childen to actually have time to grow up realistically is well... unlikely.
Secondly... well it's too complicated really. Beth would have to design and voicecast two different characters, one young and one old, where they could instead have made two different characters. It's ineffecient.
It's a cool idea but without any sort of time-skip it wouldn't really work... and everyone else would have to age as well, including your character.

You can set a chicken on fire and then proceed to raise it from the dead and have a fried undead egg-laying food dispenser.
Cuz you're a Necromancer and undead eggs taste amazing.
Also... can't find the link but I remember reading that the Bethblog listed voice actors for Skyrim and well... they pressed a few spoilers for the game in there as well. I'm assuming it's about characters that they're voicecasting that you were perhaps not meant to know about.
Not taking any risks so I ain't reading it... just thought I'd throw that out there.

Yeah... that's Max von Sydow... he does Esbern in the game, a veteran Blade that guides the player.
Expect to hear a lot more from him in the game

In that case I'm glad their taking the voice acting more seriously this time round, didn't really bother my in Oblivion, but it's something to improve on (I'm asuming they have from your post).

I hope so as well.
Haven't really heard any major voice acting besides Sydow's, and I mean... if I had just judged Oblivion's voice acting based on Patrick Stewart's Uriel I would've said "This game is gonna have awesome voice acting", but yeah it didn't turn out like that so...

I can't handle the hype. I'm giggling like a schoolgirl here.
I wanna shieldbash a dragon in the face RIGHT NOW.
Haven't preordered yet though... there's a choice between the normal version and a huge box with a dragon statue and stuff... a bit overkill.
I would enjoy an option inbetween those, or at least some kinda nice preorder offer for the normal one. Hopefully something will pop up.

Some pretty interesting stuff has happened in Tamriel since the 200 year timeskip from Oblivion to Skyrim...
For example, the bigass volcano in Morrowind exploded and tore a huge chunk out of the country. The Argonians thought "**** yeah time to pay back for your slavery" and invaded Morrowind.
So now all Dunmer are the Argonians' b****es. Major fanboy rage for all the Dunmer fans haha... ah they've always thought they were so awesome with their slavekeeping and stuff... now they're servants to lizards.

In PC Gamer UK Todd Howard spoke about some funny bugs they encountered while testing the game.
Here's one involving the Radiant Story system, interestingly enough it reveals a bit more about the system and isn't really a bug at all, just a funny side effect.

It's my wedding night , guy walks out of MY BEDROOM.
