There are good hints that it's not gonna be March but still planned for a Spring release.

I already asked around, but cose havent got any answer, and saw the news about pre-order and beta release, Ill put it here guyz, hoping will get smth:
-Anyone pre-order the game and got the beta? ... My ubi-shop link just dont work.

From what i gather, at this moment ubi only has physical CE preorder in parts of EU.
US and rest of the countries might need to wait for Physical one.
Digital versions (both normal and deluxe) are available for preorder worldwide.

I suppose, it is the only way to make really balanced on-line game. Heroes community must be not only tester, but as creator too. Nobody can build a house for you better than yourself

Might&Magic Heroes VI will be out End of June 2011."
In the Ubi official forum u can also notice:
US - 21st June
Europe - 23rd June
UK - 24th June

seems like Heroes VI got another delay...
Might and magic : Heroes VI's Release date just got pushed down to the 6th september.
and still no news about the beta (who suppose to start today)...
