So, people. First, here is a surprise for us, made by einomida:

I personally like it very much, nd I hope, you people do like it, too.
Now, summing up...
Racials
Transformation
Necromancers can transform living units into undead units.
Performed outside a Necropolis Town, it costs the hero Necroplastic Energy.
Basic: Allows to transform Core units with a 25% ratio.
Advanced: Allows to transform Core units with a 40% ratio.
Expert: Allows to transform Core units with a 55% ratio and Elite units with a 40%.
Master: Allows to transform Core units with a 70% ratio, Elite units with a 55% ratio and Champion units with a 35% ratio.
Now, comes a quite long set of questions^^ be prepared...
A note beforehand: I don't want this to end in 1000 new necro neutrals. Only give this option when you have a GOOOD idea s well, please!
1. Into which creature shall a Mucegai be transformed?
Cannot be transformed
OR
A new neutral Necro creature
OR
Ghost (Which would define Ghost as Core Neutral!!!)
2. Into which creature shall a Spider be transformed?
Corpse Beast
OR
A new neutral Necro creature
3. Into which creature shall a Beholder be transformed?
Cannot be transformed
