Placement of Buildings in Towns

I want to move some buildings in the town screen around... is there an X and Y value to alter? What I mean is, take the Castle town, for example: Let's say I want to move the Pikeman dwelling from where it is (the top of the screen) to somewhere at the bottom of the screen... is this done in ERM? I was unable to find anything on it in the tutorial, so that's why I ask.

This data is in the executable file of H3 WoG. Theoretically you can access it with !!UN:C command, but it's a bit complicated I would say.
