I can't give you an expert opinion but I think he looks great.
Very well done 
(I'm not 100% certain, but I think maybe you should've written 'these guys' or 'this guy' intead of 'that guy' in the description.)

Fantastic! He looks awesome! I like his huge wand! But mayhaps the description should explain why he is green? Is if because of uncontrolled use of magic in his younger days?
