Heroes for PSP? Why not?
Heroes for PSP? Why not?
Hello HC I got an idea that I wanted to share with you. I was thinking why did not they make heroes game also for PSP and other platforms? What I thought is why did not they take heroes III and format it for PSP? PSP would be well suited for it.
I even thought of the controls
CONTROLS:
arrows - moving the waypoints and selecting units
analog stick - looking at the map without need for waypoints
L+R - choosing heroes
X - select
circle - back
triangle - information when cursor is set on hero, castle etc.
rectangle - spell book
select - dig
start - menu
I would greatly appreciate your opinion about this idea.

There was some guy with a griffin avatar who had a similar idea a while back. He got a lot of support.
Yeah, Heroes III for PSP would be awesome.

Well as far as other platforms go, there was a Heroes game for the PS2 made back in 2001 called Heroes of Might and Magic: Quest for the Dragonbone Staff.
I played it and at the time thought it was pretty good. So it can work. Somebody just needs to do it....again.

Yeah, but 3DO won´t be the one who will do it. I checked and they went broke in 2003. Maybe Ubisoft will if we give them the idea nicely  Any volunteer?

Well, I don't think they'll remake Heroes 3 for the PSP, since the game wasn't their creation and they already got a license agreement with Nintendo.

Noooooooo! Why Nintendo ? Who would want that? PSP is much better. But maybe  if they make it on Nintendo Wii...

A heroes game on the Wii? No thank you, on the DS was fine (see "clash of Heroes" if you don't know about it yet) but on the Wii? No, that's bound to turn out bad, imo.
