I don't know how many of you are into the browser games but if you are working in an office, probably you are playing something... erm, when you are objectively unable to be productive of course.  A colleague of mine recommended me this game and, in all honesty, I don't know whether to thank him or not because it brought me a huge amount of fun but also blood red eyes from staring at the monitor (not pretty).
So, it's a tower defense game but one very cleverly made. The people who developed it clearly had a lot of fun during the process which is apparent from the very start. Anyway, no spoilers. The link's below but be warned that it's VERY addictive.
