I have started to add numbers to the creature statistics. Working on it outside of HC I modified and balanced the Haven faction to the best of my abilities using many fancy calculations (Add X creatures' stats together, divide by X). I mostly balanced out the sub-factions of Haven. Haven't gotten around to Dungeon or the Barbarians yet, I'm going to finish up the Dungeon campaign first.

I understood sir, but I'm sad that you are giving up on your old one none-the-less.
All Dungeon levels are now mapped out in my head, I just have to finish them. The first level for all three Minotaur heroes are complete. Comments? Questions? Concerns?

Interesting. It is unclear wether there is a civil war or a united invasion of the aboveground lands is in coming, looking at the disciples&warlords paths. And the mixed one seems VERY interesting!

Seems Nice. Do I understand it right that by enforcing the garrisons (2.2) you make a blockade, and thus the dwarves starve?
