-When you build the last upgrade for your town hall in haven you can see in the town screen (when you click the town) that the tear of asha is already there while you didn't buy it yet.

-Celestial & Seraph have wrong biographies:

Celestial:

All abilities and such that gives extra unit per week is bugged, you never gain extra units ( +3 Sisters, +2 Liches, Architect 1 and others)

Why would tears get a quest rewarding them with xp, an artifact and 100 tears points but not blood ? 100 additional blood points would be very welcome, especially after a map where not a single stack flees ...  Unless it's Ubisoft's new view upon balance ?

What I meant was.. you can attack it for 100 blood pts, xp and the tear of Asha. Can't you?

Not really a bug, but a poor design in the user interface:

- When you click in a unit that has a temporary buff/debuff, it shows only the initial duration of the skill. You don't have a display of how many turns are missing for that buff/debuff to fade away.

Just on a side note: why there isn't any water(in it's liquid or gas state) magic in the water tab? All spells in the water tab are related to ice and cold, not a single spell in that tab is acctually water and inflict the 'soaked' status. The creatures in the sanctuary are the same, not a single creature inflicts the soak status, only chilled and fronzen ... well since watter is the main theme of the faction and sanctuary cannot use fire magic i think that this is a issue that needs to be looked at it.

Guys,

I posted on this thread 2 days ago a message signaling a problem I encountered. I also sent this message to Ubisoft support:

- I bought MMHVI from steam, downloaded it on PC and received a key code (XXXXXXXXX). I use it on that PC and game works fine. Later I downloaded the game on my laptop and when trying to start game, it asked for the key code. I introduced the key code and I got the following message: binding failed - key code already in use. I mention that the PC was closed and nobody was playing the game on my account on the PC. -

So, guys, not only they didn't solve the problem (they didn't even read the message carefully) but now I'm suspected I pirated the game and I'm summoned to send proofs I actually bought the game (luckily they didn't ask for my photo ID, social security number, bank account and so on.

I don't know what to say, but that's not exactly my idea about customer support.

Has anyone any idea how I can solve my problem?

WAD or bugged?
In campaigns after you pick up Dynasty weapons:
When you replay campaign missions that had Dynasty weapons in them, they are no longer there, and the "quests" to pick them up are allso gone. That could mean 50-100 blood/tear points that you would have gotten the first time from quests are now gone, and it's consideratly harder to level up your blood/tear points.

Same thing happened to me but I was sure it worked when I first played on Brave New World & then to not have it work on Wheel of Hate...

Did some testing & actually Architect I works when you have external creature dwellings outside of town like barracks or keep...don't know if it's supposed to work that way
So you can use it in beginning of Brave New World but not so Wheel of Hate.

I thought +3 sisters worked when I first played but I just tested - not work ...I hate being a post-beta bug tester, gah no more

and someone mentioned about non-upgraded griffins getting two turns in a row (can't find it now damnit)...yep I confirm: if non-upgraded griffin waits & then does a dive, then after dive it can have another action on the same turn!

More bugs coming:

- Dynatsy weapon Souldrinker's "Life Drain" doesn't work!!! And I have used it just to make it Level 4 and have this ability!

- I have Boots Of The Waverider, which gives my units +1 movement "on sea" but it does give it also in land! Moreover it doesn't give that bonus against enemy heroes, only neutrals

And I need to ask: We nicely write every bug in the game here. But will we be heard? And can we do something to make them hear all this long buglist?

Dynatsy achievement bug: The achievement "Terminator" can't be won on maps which have an Arena as the neutral stay in there permanently. I am %100 sure that I have killed every neutral on the map. I have checked it 23670504 times. I am obsessed with achievements

I was in beta, but i was expecting that they fixed most of the bugs in the release version.

There are some prety obvious bugs that i don't know how did they release with such bugs ... like the already mentioned

- Upgrade Griffin Dive not doing dmg

Hey but don't get me wrong, i really think that this heroes has the potential to outclass heroes 2&3. Five basic things need to be adressed

- Bugs (I'm pretty shure they'll fix most bugs in time)
- Better user interface(This includes town screns, something that they said they'll fix ... but it's not just TS. User interface can be improved in a lot of ways)
- Balance (It will come in time, at least i hope so)
- More factions (Two new factions in nex xp, at least another one in the 2nd xp?)
- Unique skills for factions (Ubihole should really consider this. Each faction should have a exclusive tab in the might specialization, and each faction should have unique spell on the magic side. So, every faction would have it's own tab in might and new exclusive spells. For instance, sanctuary could have some exclusive water spell that are not cold/ice based, like some vapor and water stuff, spells that would cause 'soak' status; Inferno some new cool fire spells; Heaven some light; Necro some dark; Stronghold a mix of earth and air.

I really liked the game and i see potential, those five are the main complaints, there are some other stuff that need to be adressed ... like inclusion of some non dynasty weapons (don't know why they took this off) for the non dynasty games ... and some other stuff. In general i like the direction of the game.

For some reason when a shooting creature kills an enemy creature standing next to it (i.e. in melee range), it can not shoot any more for the rest of the battle, only attack hand-to-hand. Noticed it with the Marksmen yesterday so it could be specific for them but I doubt it. It could also be intermittent...

Outside... but the description doesn't say anything about zones (cz version)
I think I'll just change language, because in this version there are a lot of mistakes... though I just need to know how to change it in the first place

EDIT: Some bugs:
-My crossbowman does full damage when shooting second time after positive morale (happens when having Pressed Attack buff)
-Pretorian is damaged when I am shooting with upgraded crossbowman through an unit with Guardian Angel that is standing next to him

There is a bug with centaurs' ability that automatically shoots enemy stacks that get to close to them (I think it's called Vigilant Scout). Firstly, I don't know if I simply don't understand something from the description of the ability, but it seems that it does not trigger  correctly. Some units that reach first the close range of the centaurs are not automatically attacked. Because of this, the following related logical bug occurs: an enemy stack is positioned adjacent to the centaurs so that they cannot use ranged attacks (as explained above sometimes Vigilant Scout did not trigger for that enemy stack); another enemy stack now enters the close range of the centaurs and now it triggers the Vigilant Scout and they perform a ranged attack even tough it should not be possible.
