Good Maps Site
Well, it's been a while since I stopped downloading HOMM III maps. Some maps does have bad quality though! If there is a site that reviews maps and rate it and also maps available for download. Please post them here thanks!
I tried Celestial Heavens but I'm not a fileplanet subscriber though and wouldn't want/need their service!

Yes...
...I reckon Astral Wizard is pretty much the best one.
I would also recommend this one: mmportals.com
H3Trio is pretty good as well...

Speaking as the AstralWizard review editor, and author of a decent number of reviews, I'm very glad people see fit to recommend it! :-) :-) :-) The site does insist that maps be playtested by another person before they're posted, which does a lot to cut the crud.
AW competition results were recently announced, and I wish I had time to play half those maps - pretty good, it seems. (One's mine, and I playtested two others.)
AW will close down in a few months - all the content is being moved to MapHaven! http://heroes.mycomport.com/ No maps there yet - check back in a month, though!
I know that H3trio also rates and reviews maps - more briefly than AW, perhaps, but still. http://www.h3trio.com/

Since being a TOH player ill recommend the best site in my opinion and not totally suprising its TOH maps

If u are thinking of joining a online tourney TOH is the biggest and therefor it could be useful knowing some of their maps.

I think that TOH makes multi-player games much more fun. Especially after a few games when you get into it.
