How exactly does converting a fort help?
What do I get by converting a fort from the enemy faction to my own faction?
If I convert the creature growth buildings (which are in the control area of the fort), I already get the creatures I need (mine).
Why do I need (do I?) to convert the fort? Does it give more money if converted/etc?
Thanks!

I had the same question and the answer I figured out was also "to nothing", so I don't bother converting them anymore .
Anyone else?

Hmm, I see my two Inferno forts (enemy faction) bring only 250 money. My Necro forts (my own faction) bring 500 money. Let me convert one fort and see if it brings 500 after the conversion.

This. Controling a fort of another faction give you 250gold/day, if you convert it the fort give you 500gold/day.

Yes, I just tried it and it does that! Thanks.
So there is a reason to do it, after all.
