We need lizards...
Why elves,dwarves and orcs,but no lizardmen?
A lot of people excepts like lizardmen to be h3 swamp like or warhammer primitive like,but why not a different concept?Why not desert lizards with gunpowder and mummies?

I support anything* that makes lizards return to heroes.
* I won't support prostitute lizards, basilisk that play with wool balls or wyverns that fly around and poo on people...

Nice, I have a similar project I'm working on.
I don't think that mummies and Ankhs really work that well with lizards though... more of an undead faction thing.
I think you should back away a bit from the Egyptian theme and instead focus on the desert nomad theme you have going with the janissary.
The spiders, vipers and scorpions are excellent creatures. I would rename the "large scorpion" to something a bit more epic though, and I think the name you're looking for with the upgrade is "Emperor Scorpion", rather than Imperial which makes it sound like a creature they stole from a Haven zoo ^^
The Legionnaire is very out of place... it's a Roman Empire unit ffs 
Change that one to something else... maybe some tribal berserker lizard or something.

Thanks for feedback.
I really like the lizard mummies,but I could replace them with some kind of Lizard Seer or other spellcaster.Ankhs fit with mummies,but if I will replace the mummies I will search for another symbol.
I was running out on inspiration when naming the basic scorpion and I still don't have idea for a better name,I know Large Scorpion sounds a bit disappointing for champion tier.You're right,Emperor Scorpion sounds better,Imperial Scorpion is also the name of the largest real scorpion.
I really like the Centurion,I know it is more Roman like,maybe an oriental name could fit very well.

Mummies belong more in the undead in my opinion, and I personally do not like the thought of guns being used in HoMM... too industrial for my Medieval TBSRPG game taste. I like the desert theme of the whole thing, and I've always liked Lizard factions. I look forward to this developing.

Neato.
I'm personally cool with keeping a mummy creature in with the mix. I don't see why there should have to be an exclusive undead faction. It's kind of neat with reptilians too because of the whole shedding thing that lizards do. Brown-scaled lizard mummies.
Some quips about the line-up: Centurion is a temperate/European feeling name in an otherwise Ottoman-like town. Looks dumb.
About the Janissary; I think the Janissary should be the name for the upgraded creature instead of the normal tier 6 creature. Plus I don't like how there's both an archer and a guy with a musket in the same faction. Doesn't feel like they go together at all. I feel you should either ditch the musket entirely, or make the Janissary a tier 2 musket infantry (or such), and then for the tier 6 you can have a cannon team (or switch the scorpion to tier 6 and make the cannon team a tier 7).
