Rather classicallineups, but I have no real concern with them, except low cerberus, as matt mentionedbefore.

Forge

i would have expected more units emphasizing the "forge" direction.  But I think I like this!

Thonarrya
you should have a nice, simple town name for them, imo. The unit composition looks interesting. Abotu some, one needs to know more!!! And: Chariot only tier 3???

Conflux
Love Elemental? XD honestly... You did not per chacne have "the fth element" in mind? Else, I like it much better than H3 conflux!!!

Neutral
A background concern: Death, Life, etc. "Elementals"...of course it depends on how you see it, but originally, elements are that which makes up the material world. By greek Origin (the most used, still, I think) you have fire, water, air and earth. From Asia comes a lore which counts 5 (Earth, Wood, Metal, Fire and Water) and I have seen some mroe or less self-invented Fantasy-Element-Lores (for example for "dsa" (I think "the dark eye" is the english name for that epic role play system) there is a 6-elemental lore). But all have in common that these elements are a MATERIAL thing. Death, Life, Darkness/Light, Love and others should imo keep out of Elementals. You can make embodiments of them,. of course, but I prefer different names for them. One could use "spirit", for example. Else, it are few, but these are fine, I guess.

Thanks for reading and sharing your opinions.Let's continue with some things about the new Conflux Kingdom :

After succesufully repel the attack on their homeland, the elemental lords started to rebuid their damaged or destroyed cities. They were 7 lords, so they decided to make an administrative decision here. The capital,Narmondia, should stay, and each one of them shall build it's own city. The archipelago has 8 isles and each city will rule over one of them. The first elemental city to be build was the Air City,as the air elementals were considered the most powerful amongst the elementals. The Light City followed and many of the halflings established camps there. The The smallest isle was chosen by the Earth lord because of the very fetile land there. The Fire City,The City of Love (and the city of rituals),and the Life City were next to be build. The last, the Water City will serve as the main defensive city. From there the elemental lord of water should raise a powerful water shield among the archipelago if needed. The capital,Narmondia, will be the main site of the Conflux leaders.

Forge
Never been keen on dwarves with spears, and a town called 'Forge' with only one mechanical unit is odd, but these are peccadillos really compared to some of the other dwarf factions I've come across

Thonarrya Empire
As Jiriki9 said, the name is overly complex, and the chariot only being at tier 3 seems odd.

Conflux
Never liked the idea of the Conflux, IMO all the elementals should be of roughly equal power.

Neutral
Elementals aside (really you don't need more elementals) pretty reasonable, but really too few, unless you're planning to add more in the expansions.

What, no magic elemental? But seriously, those things were epic in H3, one of my favorite elemental creatures (I am sad that they have not reappeared).

Other than that, I would think that the elementals would be stronger than the halflings? One is an astral, near-immortal being and the other is a little person... *Shrugs* If you can explain it, then I'll wait for that I guess.

Yeah in the 18th century, two inventions suggested a method of measurement. One won and the other stayed in America.
