Map editor and H5/HoF campaign maps

A day and a half of searching various sources hasn't turned anything up, so figured I'd ask here:

Is there a way to load up the ACTUAL maps from the original campaigns as they are in Sfidanza's port of the original H5 and HoF campaigns in the map editor? It's quite possibly a no-brainer and I'm just missing something simple, but any help would be appreciated.
