Heros of Might and Magic?
What is it? I haven`t never heard of Heros of might and magic, who that Heros is? Just kidding 
It is quite easy to get in Heroes of Might and Magic, but to master it (like me  ) would take some time......

Dungo, what is the hardest town to play then?
I can`t think none, well maybe Inferno (althought even that hasn`t been difficult to play so looonnnnggg time).
I just wish that I could have a change to play this game on internet.
Computer is far from challenging.

HMMMMMMm Thunder somebody pretty sure of themselves that their Masters In HMM but Inferno is not hard to play I think Stronghold for me since I never play it and the easiest is Castle I wish I could play you on-line

Hardest town
Well I don't know what the hardest town is. It may be Inferno, not stronghold, but it may bee, or it can be fortress.

I'm a newbie but i like to chat
i've playes Heroes since H1.In H2 the titans and the black were almost equal,...but in H3 the situation was changed...the tower (my opinion) is the most lousy race i have ever seen:
Gremlins: at first vrey good at cleaning weak creatures but only upgraded...they do not count after the 3rd or 4th week
Gargoyles: week creatures good only for the speed they have...
Golems: resistant but very slow,...unusable on the map...
Genies: very good but their life : 40 ???!!!...more life and they would make a very good offensive unit
Nagas: no comment,...maybe the best of the 6th units
Titans:with some more speed they would be a much more threat to enemies like dragons...fastunits anyway
Other disadvantages :
1.The Tower growth is the most expensive...
2.The fastest units :Titans and Genies ---> 11,... any other hero with Tactics Expert and Mass Haste kill you with no regret.
3.Lousy heroes,...you have nothing to choose from,...maybe Solmyr,...and Cyra maybe...
In the end who thinks i'm wrong just post here to let me know what i wrote wrong

I agree that on average tower may be the toughest to play. But its archery advantage can be huge if used correctly. And since knowledge may be the most important skill in the game...this makes wizards not look too bad. I love the tower as a second town though...but not so much to begin a game. Getting Titans and nagas to include in your army later is very nice.

Very good insights into the shortcomings of tower ya have there. Only thing I'd disagree with ya on is the fact you say tower heros aren't that great. One of the best heros in the game is from tower and you neglected to mention her, neela. In addition, tower heros are great for their scholarly ability...can transfer key spells off of jeddy or the like to your main (who if ya smart..is gonna be neela)
If ya wanna talk about the worst hero choices in terms of town, inferno win hands down. there are several 'ok' heros from inferno (pyre and ayden for example) but no top heros.
Just a thought.

Tower
Although Neela seems a good main hero but to teach your main ,...i think Aine is the best because she has Wisdom and Scholar...as for Inferno heroes Zydar has a good speciality as well as Nymus, who starts with Advanced Offence,...Inferno is very weak at first with Imps and Gogs but when the Efreeti shows up they start to gain resources as well as the Castle,...

Gauss, the tower was originally very very powerful and "complained about" leading to its present state by people not liking how it played with a large advantage in some areas.
Try playing for a while without the patches and then slowly see how the game changed as patches were added. Maybe you already know all this, but it seems like you might have come in after some of the patches had already been put in place.

Hi Deth,
Long time no talk.
The reason tower was popular before was not only the gremlin hording in 1.0 but also the fact that in the beginning people played the CD maps and noone had edited the guilds.
In the ToH maps all the good spells are edited out thereby destroying the towers only real advantage aside from its quickstart it gets w/130 master gremlins.

I couldn't agree more with you Mocara,...the library is useless on TOH maps,...that is if you don't want to Upg the mages...random maps is the only place where the library is put to good use...but it seems that random maps aren't everyone favourite...

The inferno is the worst town
imps are crap
magogs can hurt your army when firing the enemy who is battling one of your own creatures
cerberus is not bad
horned demon is rubbish
pit fiends are so-so
sultans are good
Arch Devils are very cool
but it would take a while to build the last 2 or three up
the Heroes on the other hand are good like
Octavia
Xarfax
Xyron
But there is always the chance of recruiting them when playing other castles
