I bought Might & Magic Heroes VI complete edition from steam and I got 3 keys, 1 I entred in ubisoft and 2 others in the game... The 2 others should open a download content for shades of darkness but nothing happend... Its just accepted the keys and didnt gave me anything to download...
How I get the dungeon?? I want to play with it against my friends in multiplayer!!

Just create a dungeon hero or unlock the tavern heroes from altar of wishes, that should get you started As to why they made it so stupid, I cannot begin to imagine. Things used to be so much simpler back in the day.. ____________

I think there's nothing to download, you already have Shades of Darkness if you have the latest patch of Heroes 6.
But you need a code unlock it.
I had original H6 on a DVD from a game store, downloaded the 2.1 patch. I bought the expansion from Steam but DIDN'T download from Steam - I just entered the code in the game installed from the DVD... and started to play the Dungeon Campaign.
