The impale sticks in siege screen would be nice if they reduce morale for the enemy army. -2?
- Destroying gate immediately sets morale penalty to 0

I do not know how this can be implemented in original H3 but here some other ideas.

- When a creature is near an impale stick its morale drops by 2-3?
- Impale sticks can be attacked and destroyed (like tent)

If the impale sticks cannot be destroyed in H3 then:
- the level of the castle decides the morale penalty. Castle -2, Citadel -1
- If the impale sticks cannot be destroyed in H3 then maybe the remaining towers affect the - morale:
3 towers -2, 2 towers -1, 1 tower 0

Any of the above will make better use of: Leadership, +/- morale items, morale changing adventure map objects, morale creatures (undead, minotaurs, devils)

Sorry, I seem that I missed some messages. Tbh I would not rather spread the first version which is kinda buggy and ugly looking. But I think I can share the better unreleased 2d version if someone wants to implement it, though.

As for the moat, I think it will just stay as eyecandy, employing hidden bonuses for citadel/castle would be unfair for the rest or too much of a hassle to implement for all.

Now here's some progress I made today. Coming up with good lighting is so damn hard it makes me wanna gut myself (figuratively ofc ). Not very satisfied with the result, so it's nowhere near its final form, I need to add more mountains, trees and foilage. Also I would appreciate feedback and suggestions .


Here's some alternative background (2d mixed with 3d), but it's rather meh

I don't see what's wrong with the town hall, or are you referring to the lighting/angle differences between the 2 screens? In that case, it's easily tweak able, now that I'm using a 3d scene.


Also, toying around with buildings positions, it's WIP and not all buildings are (properly) textured. Still need to add more natural scenery though.
