Perfection is a flawed concept, because if reached there would be nothing left to do except keeping it. Which ultimately means that perfection involves the stopping of time or the equivalent of it.

it's either/or, i didn't specify for a reason; i deliberately left the interpretation up to the viewer, to give more variance in the answers.
and just so no one gets the wrong idea, when i say my idea of a perfect world is a license to kill, and being able to **** whenever, whoever, etc...
what i mean by that is, my perfect world is what happens in my dreams. someone annoys me, i kill them. someone threatens me, i kill them. someone does anything that i don't like, i kill them. just like in my dreams.
the sex thing also stems from dreams, as, whenever i see a sexy female in my dreams, wherever i am, i **** them, taste them, whatever. usually, it's when i'm grocery "shopping"(meaning, eating what i want off the shelves at random).
so when i say "kill or **** whenever i want", i mean, do whatever i want, whenever i want, to whoever i want. it's not really restricted to killing or sex. those two things are just the most common freedoms in my dreams, besides flying. and, they're the most personally satisfying.
