Russian community even has a site for Heroes of Might and Magic 1.
I liked Heroes 2 way more than Heroes 3. The atmosphere was just perfect and it was one of the first games I've played on the computer. When I heard about Heroes 3, I was really looking forward to it and then was hugely disappointed that it was so much different from Heroes 2. It was a great game and still is, just not what I was expecting.

Dungeon would be a nod towards Heroes 2 times (my fave game). Inferno can wait till addon IMHO.
Homm2 had the best atmosphere IMHO.

uh yeah, Heroes 2, like Heroes 3, is also one of the most widely acclaimed TBS games in history

Man, this is a hard decision. But an expansion focused on Inferno would be awesome.
Is there any plan about how many xp? At least 1? At least 1, but probably 2?
2 faction per expansion would be viable or it's out of question?

Surely it will depend on game sales.
I imagine that at least they'll make one expansion for sure, and if it sells well enough we should get a 2nd. A third one would be difficult tho

I will be perfectly honest: I've never been that fond of Inferno since... ever. In H3, their only "cool" unit to me was the Cerberus, but that lost its lustre when the hexes got removed and it lost its uniqueness. The Kreegans always struck me as generic red devils (and until about a year ago, I didn't even know what the Kreegans were since I never played the campaigns), and in Ashan... well, same problem, at least in H5. It didn't help that I struggle to use their Gating ability effectively. The only reason I care about Inferno is because H6 suddenly made Pit Lords awesome - or at the very least, similar enough to a Balrog (my favourite demon ever) for me to ignore the faction's other problems.

Stop ripping the guy off just cause he never played H1 or H2. If his first heroes was H3, it would be only natural to expect for him to think that heroes game is not heroe without Inferno.
I played H2 yet i feel the same.
Orcs are fine, but they feel like byproduct of demons/copies ( at least in this universe ).

yeah, that's probably what will happen, maybe we could get some additional dlcs in between.
About inferno, H5 and specially Dark Messiah made me like inferno a lot more, I guess.
Edit: H6 inferno with Dark Messiah music was pure win.
