Poll Question:
Hero mounts
Should heroes be riding various horses like in Heroes6
or have unique mounts different per faction Heroes5 style?

Different mounts, of course! I loved H5 Dungeon's t-rexes and Fortress's mammothes

Different mounts.
There should just be more variety. Not all mounted, not all on horses. Some should walk, some should fly, some should be mounted on different creatures. For example a Demon class could use its wings to fly. A Wizard class could travel on a Flying Carpet. Some should even go on foot, like maybe the Elf class specialized on Ambush.
It just shouldn't be the same thing for all of them.

Horses are good for most heroes because they are easyly customizable butthere is room for improvement.
Dungeon is good with lizards. Inferno could have a chariot pulled by 2 nightmared instead of lizards. Wizards could ride some floating throne or pavilon instead of a magic carpet or elephant. Orcs can literally ride any other orc. It's dwarves that are the problem. What would you replace the (stupid)mammoth with?

Well, dwarves can ride on bears and I think it looks quite good.

please not be like in H5. those raptors were afwul, and it was really stupid to see academy traveling with an elephant.
if you are gonna make this anyways, at least dont make all of them at same speed and such.
haven horse fast in grass, fast in general. elephants are slow, and.. well they are slow thats all bout them. camels are simply desert horses to me. lizards are underground. hmm it looks like stupid to add them after thinking this way.
i changed my mind, no big different mounts at all. just different horses-or horse-likes(pegasus,unicorn,lynx etc etc..) please.

as much as i would like different mounts we saw that wizard on a white horse.
but that white horse reminded me of old heroes games. so why not just horses?

Horses have their charm, but I absolutely loved different mounts as seen in H5. So there goes my vote.

they will all ride on horses regardless of what should or shouldn't happen, because Ubi is much too cheap to shell out money for alternative hero animations lol

I'm torn. On one hand, I feel a toking wizard atop a giant elephant is oddly appropriate to the setting.
On the other I have a hard time imagining an elephant being able to fit inside a stable. Maybe they use magic...
