MMH7 official site: how can I register?

I discovered the MMH7 ubi official site, but I couldn't find a register button.

I saw that site is still under construction, but I already saw discussions and users there.

How can I register there? Thanks.

That's the only thing that stopped me from creating an account just to tell the guy who think the H7 town screens are more cartoony than the ones in H5 what for.
