Has anyone seen this?
This seems awesome. Although it heavily features the beloved japanese RPG combat mechanics, the visuals are gorgeous and it feels like the gameplay as well as characters will be fun to mess around with.

Well, I've been interested in this game since it was announced back in 2014. Because I'm thinking about buying XOne over PS4 (that doesn't mean I'll buy either of them  ) I'm looking at this game as an additional argument for this choice.
For now, even after watching the gameplay I'm not convinced . The premise looks good but I hate this kind of "cool-teenager young Dante-like" types as heroes so the protagonist is a really big drawback for me. Plus the gameplay looks really generic and boring. Graphics also seem like "work in progress" (though I like the dragons design). I don't know, I must see more of this. The studios that's making it is a big name though...

The graphics and the gameworld look gorgeous regardless, plus the base concept is really powerful. The shonen/seinen teenager type of story shows exactly why it is a JRPG, which doesn't seem bad with its premise, but I'll see where this goes.
Sadly, this is an XBOX only title, which I somehow missed initially.
