Thanks all. So far most of the things mentioned were already in my briefing and presentation. I'll make sure the top dogs see what needs to be seen and push hard for a lot of these changes. Who knows what goes through but some of them, in my mind, should be a given.

Don't lose faith, we got a lot of patches to come!

You are the one filtering for this? I realise you may not want to reveal which issues you are pushing and which you are skipping, to avoid discussions as to why you skip over the ones you do ... but it would be nice to know which items you've pushed to the top dogs.

Can you give us feedback on which of the reported issues are being evaluated by the top dogs and which ones have been discarded by them?

Is Council hub scene that important? I mean, it is the first thing you see and possibly criticize, but I somehow doubt it is worth putting effort in fixing it or at least not on the top 20 priority...

Surely other things should come first... it is just a tremendously small aspect of campaign, gameplay improvement and bugs fix should come first.

1) Alternative creature upgrade, the creature population will increase tremendously and people will be less likely to ask for new models

2) Increase creature's abilities with justification, thing like area effect of scattershot or cursed hit, another thing about current creature's abilities it is either you have it or you don't, I will be nice to see some middle ground, 10%/25%/50% reduction or increase to damage/ creature in specific

3) More complicated, interdependent and balanced skill wheel with secret perk, allowing players to (re)select a portion of skill under a restricted condition (2-6 skills/ or even one GM?) or allowing the players to select which skill to upgrade to certain ranking. Rework/improve Necromancy

4) Higher/ remove level cap and lowering exp gain

5) Improve AI, individual and group intelligence in both combat and adventure map, if necessary I really don't mind giving them a head start or supporting heroes to neutral units

Is it possible that people are allowed to mod into the game when it is more stable. Ie allowing to put in customized creature and heroes to be hired, it is like incorporating good ideas and work from the community into patch OR MAKE SOME ORGINIAL MAP EDITIBLE

I influenced a lot of it, though i'm not the only one and at the end of the day i'm not calling the shots on what happens. But these sorts of threads come from me so I can have more weight when I present stuff. My top issues (I have 10) are very much in line with a lot of people here, though not on everything and perhaps in a different priority order.

If i'm allowed, or if it's actually relevant I will certainly try to keep you all up to date on what is being thought on and what will simply not happen. Not sure if a public road map is something I can push for, pro's and con's for having something like this. But it's certainly on my list as something I would like to propose.

They certainly have merit and value but for this particular thread I needed the rough and raw data + quotes among some other things. But yes User feedback tools are good and I would use them in larger,less niche communities so I can keep track of what is happening easier.

Actually, it would be great if you'd post here the exact report you present to your boss or whoever. I don't wanna come across wrong on this one, I'm not asking you to do anything as that would be stepping  on some boundaries. Just saying that it would be highly appreciated and for the sake of transparency.

I completely agree, Brukernavn. Ubisoft seems to have no interest in communicating with fans at all, when they need to be honest and up-front about everything going on right now.

This is fantastic - please push for clarity, transparency and frequent (a few times a week?) communication on SC if you can, gomaki, and change their minds. Communication with fans is super important, especially until all the major bugs are fixed!

Not to appear a smartass or something, but isn't "balancing" a bit too vague? I mean, balance what exactly and in what way?

On the other hand, I'm not sure if we should bother with this or not, because I doubt someone/anyone will ever consider our cry for help to fix the game

It is a time for me to add my TOP 5 CHANGES too:

1) Optimalization
(This should be your priority, if some people don't have computers powerful enough to run this game, they will never like or buy it, no matter how good the game can be.)
- No more crashes
- Lower system requirements (many people have cca 2.5 GHz processor in their computers and laptops so this game should be playable for them too)
- Bugs fixed

2) Game presentation
- More music tracks (and please, no H6 music)
- Better zoom (try to play H6 to see it)
- Scaling (mr3Lion had made a great mod)
- Colour saturation (The game is very depressive now, the better colours can help a lot to make the game more alive.)
- Cutscenes: I know about your limited budget, but at least the councillors should not be so ugly (in some certain momments they are very strange)

3) AI
- Much smarter
- Much faster

4) Class system improved
- Classes should be different to each other (for example, 3 magic heroes of the same faction should not have the same grandmaster access)
- Less offensive and deffensive grandmaster for magic heroes, it makes no sense
- Neutral skills like Destiny should be avaiable for every hero on some rank (at least minor)
- CAMPAINGS: You should think about the chosen class for main hero. Primar hero for campaign with Economy grandmaster? A big nonsense. Sylvan elf primar hero without destiny in skillwheel? Nonsense.
The best would be the possibility to change the class after finishing the campaign of course.

5) Hero specializations
- Heroes specializations should be increased by hero level like in H5

And of course, more content is always good

For clarity (me too ), i m pretty sure Limbic can t make a decent balanced game. Already, H5 proofed the game was clearly in favor of DLC and extension faction.... Due to races specifications as own abilities, own building, own perks,...at least dwarves were OP at their release.

I know it s broken subject and everybody could complain about balance but it s main reason why i compare H3 to chess game, and title after H4 as funny games. All you have to do is remember H5 duel or see the link before crying and shouting, "something really looks like to H5 and it s not 3D"....
