Ups, my bad, she is a WOG commander.
But If we have more hero classes than one I am thinking to add more commanders:
For now I have only idea for Onion Shogun.
Sunflower is universal warrior, Onion will be some powerful melee fighter (2 or 4 shots).
The third will be some weak guy who cast a lot of spells.

So if there isn't any limit of hero classes I am thinking to put third class: Journeyman.
Technician guys who always have siege weapons on starts and big chance for skills like: archery, logistics, scouting, diplomacy, estates ...
Their specialist will be focus mostly on fruits from town.

So:
-Planter(Might): focus on Attack and Defense;
-Journeyman(Magic)- no spell book on start, with siege weapon, focus on Defense and Knowledge;
-Botanist(Magic) - with spellbook, focus on Spell Power and Knowledge;

In second hand he is holding condenser as a "wand" but this probably should be connected to backpack.

Well, time for Mighty Potato:

The second potato have a rhizome end of each finger to atack three target at once like cerber.
3 buildings that I sow is:
1. Dwelling after building, probably this structure will cost only wood and ore;
2. Dwelling after second upgrade, in first upgrade add wooden building without tower;
Potato > Potato Residence > Potato Stronghold
3. Third building is horde building that increase potato growth + 1;

Potato - 40% damage reduce;
Noble Potato - 40% damage reduce, "cerberus attack", immune to slow;
Juggernaut Potato -  60% damage reduce, immune to earth magic.

Last thing
In game is creature named Peasants.
They are so weak that only value for Necromancers, I decided that all Planters heroes can train them to Farmers (50 gold - defensive 1 level units) and of course they will belong to Greenhouse.
I don't know how much VCMI can do but probably every Farmer will increase town population about 0.1% per week if of course will be in the end of week in city;
(for 100% require 1 000 farmers);
I created hero with speciality Militia:
Every human "creature" (and elves) can be transformed to Farmer and he can train Farmer's to Scytheman (100 gold - powerfull 1 level creature) and of course he can return them to previous version;

To be true, upgraded bananas weapons look pathetic. I think, that something like ice gun will suit freezing banana more and make them look cooler in both ways. I googled something I had on my mind:

No no, you have right.
But what I show Bananas has weak stats so I don't planning to give them awesome melee weapons or guns(they are melee fighters), main strength of this unit is casting spells so I will try to upgrade  their backpacks like this goblin that you show or Engineer, or like this:


Now is time for last creature in town but not last plant.
Orange Tractor Driver 7b;

Fast unit Shooter (I noticed that the orange color after scanned looks like brown ).
Each orange has a few Mandarins as helpers.
This concept is no longer valid but I decided to upload.

After I finish this I got idea to add two chimney of each side but placed closer to the driver (Orange) and on front of vehicle add main canon in this version is one chimney and two small cannons on each side.
Of course helpers(Mandarins) will operate the canon and fight in melee combat using this:

Tractor don't have any skills, only that can shoot but I am thinking about rocket attack

About heroes:
For now I have 18 heroes for 6 for each class (3 male and 3 female in one class), I don't planing to add more and some old heroes will return for example Beata and Chili and some will be new ones;

I owned and used a 44 Ford for years and a few ideas came to my mind.

Sickle-bar= side mounted cutter for mowing hay. But you could go a "little" grim-reaper with that for mowing-down monsters.

Seeder = plant some monster eating plants.<L>

Plow = rip through big opponents

Harrow = to damage all enemies a little bit.

"3-point" means the fashion in the way an attachment is added to use the power of the tractor's motor for other purpose = 3-point-Dung-Bomb-Launcher<S>

And all "armored creatures".
I will replace their iron armor with wood armor similar look to barrel

I planning to start drawing building for town but I decided to draw another unit.

Level 9 Watermelon Thrower (I also show you how he gonna look on adventure map ):

Skills:
- Shooter(48 shots);
- No melee penalty;
- Double shot;
- Catapult;

Soon I will try upload another version of this image but with shading.
He is one from "outsiders", still he belong to Greenhouse but he is not available in city, they use rocks for range fight.

But I have problems with stats because in Heroes there is no any 9th level creature but if I must guess:

48 shots seems crazy OP, but anyway, if he needs so many arrows, then he should require wood, no stone, imo.

Thanks markkur, but probably I will go little fantasy vision:





About coding
I finish working on horde building and its works fine for Potato but for Bananas is not necessary, I was thinking that 1st creature set growing for all tier but I was wrong and for now I don't know what to do with "horde 1", for now its increase population growth of Bananas by 1.
And I have question:
In default Heroes why we have this "horde buildings"?
Is some tactic idea or what?
And second, can I add my own ship?

I next week I planning to start modelling because the code is working.
I also add to the town super dwelling for 8th, 9th and 10th level creatures for testing.

Town Hall (and Watermelon with shading):

On top four level of town hall:
1.Village Hall - Only here I showed how exactly look front of this object because later I decided to resign because too much detail;
2.Town Hall - added the dome;
3.City Hall - glass tower;
4.Capitol - additional floor and decorations.

And here is wooden castle and "wall":

Sorry for bad quality because I have bad quality paper today.

Marketplace and Special:

1. Marketplace: barrel, flower pot and bucket;
2. Resource Silo: big wooden flower pot;
3. Composter;
4. Greengrocer.

Botanists (mage) Guild:

Hanging Gardens as the guild, in Greenhouse the highest level of a guild is 4.
I just showed you how the building look without plants and trees.
At each level the guild building gains additional floor while on 4 level it gets even a flower in a glass lens.

I found my model of Tavern and blacksmith, of second one I will think what todo but about tavern:
For me is little boring when we build this cheap building and nothing more is happen, in my opinion is wasting hall slot.
I got idea to upgrade Tavern like in Castle to Parlor - give garnison +1 to morale and +1 to luck.

i'm not positive, but i believe it would be under "ea:b". number 79. anyone feel free to correct me if i'm mistaken.

that's if you're using era 2 with scripting, tho. if vcmi, i wouldn't know for sure, either. it would be text under a .json file then, i suspect.

And here is Factory (blacksmith):

Basing of my previous idea of the Blacksmith where I use Watering can as idea for building:


Panorama City has a steep Slopes and I got the idea that plants can try on a slope build a factory aided by metal retainers, as you upgraded building this get next level or actually the walls  covers machinery builded on the stone wall.
The building will stand by the river that will power a water wheel.

This building can be upgraded two times (which machine provides and the cost of construction / upgraded building):
Level 1 : First Aid Tent - 1000 Gold 5 Wood 5 Ore;
Level 2 : Ballista - 1500 Gold 5 Wood 5 Ore 4 Mercury 4 Sulfur 4 Crystal 4 Gems;
Level 3 : *Better Ammo cart?* - 2000 Gold 5 Wood 5 Ore 6 Mercury 6 Sulfur 6 Crystal 6 Gems;

Better Ammo cart - What it will be? I don't know, maybe Mobile factory who give 1 turn bonus to damage or attack or both?
Like in Cove I wish to replace one machine but when VCMI allows me to do that?
I don't know.

I notice that I can put 2 more buildings or 1 building (free or not used I buildings) with upgrade but I wanna use for that only 1 slot for nice looking Hall Slots:
