What if I told you it is actually a tradition?
Instead of Halloween we have Purim. It's a tradition among young and old to dress up on Purim however you wish. It is even better to be a part of a group costume, in this year's case - Charlie the Unicorn trio.

Even if it wasn't tradition. why would you think they wouldn't allow to wear a costume in a bar, in Israel? It's not a strict state about such things.

that's not the idea i get from every bit of media i see on the country(but then, media always showcases horrible stuff anyway). i thought israel was more akin to saudi arabia, than say, europe. but we're off-topic.
