And if you understand Russian, please say how does anyone in this country supposed to be new Messiah or just a good citizen? Russians create a swamp for themselves to be frogs. Those who see it cannot tolerate it, but they know as well that there is no country in the world which would fit better for them than Russia. Damage is done. Respect to Van Cliburn piano competition examiners, they didn't go political as I was expecting. Russia grabbed the second prize, with Ukraine third.
The Russian pianist, unattractive bricklayer, gorilla oversized hands, looking and dressed like a clown - black tail coat with red slippers, but natural (quite rare nowadays) and powerful playing style. The Ukrainian boy, ideal son-in-law looking, solid and talented pianist but more of a showman, with a style "music makes me suffer so much and I show it".
Naturally, South Korea raped the first prize, like they did in every other competition this year.

The fourth part (city), Bodrum, is a coastal town which is a tourist attraction. Kind of like Biarritz in France. And it has this famous Barlar Sokagi (the street of bars) where you have tons of bars, cafes, pubs etc. When you walk through it, in each step, a different tune from a different bar goes through your ear. Hence, you have the eclectic, a little jazz here, a little Turkish folk there, a little fusion here style of the fourth movement. For instance, one of the tunes I immediately recognize is this, traditional folk, here is a rather pop version of it: Link
