Best captain (HotA)
As I for some reason can't create polls again, (I think it's something with the cookies) I decided to start this thread instead.
Which Captain do you think is the best in HotA?
Cassiopeia (Nymphs)
Derek (Seamen)
Anabel (Pirates)
Illor (Stormbirds)
Jeremy (Cannon)
Elmore (Navigation)
Corkes (Offense)
Miriam (Scouting)
Leena (350 gold)

Best main hero from Cove is Corkes, immediatly followed by Jeremy but what shines in Cove is the versatility.
So:
Best main:
1. Corkes;
2. Jeremy;
Best creeper:
1. Cassiopeia;
2. Jeremy;
3. Anabel/Illor;
Best scout:
1. Miriam;
2. Andal/Leena;
3. Casmetra/Illor;
If I have to choose a winner it is Miriam. While Corkes is a match for Tazar or Crag but has a bunch of rivals for main role, Miriam has just one for best scout.
Note: I still didn't tried enouch island maps to talk about that.

This one costed 18 points and that's only cause I forgot to equip the SoP (again).

Corkes, ofc, with Jeremy for smaller maps and Elmore and Leena as secondary.

I usually pick Jeremy, or Leena on impossible. I don't like using Corkes or Crag Hack it just seems too easy.

Since we are at it, the other day I heard someone calling Beatrice "poorman's Miriam" and it's true, now that she is with Logistics instead of Offense Miriam knows no rival.
Corkes Pathfinding is one of those starting skills that make me eager for a Market of Time, perfect when you start on Swamp and totally useless after you get Fly or Angel Wings. Still much better then poor Loynis Learning, though.

Cove has probably the best cast of might heroes, as any of them isn't bad. I usually find myself starting with Anabel, but one can get away with any of them. I wish the rest of the towns would be designed with same mentality. Btw, I would rather have Miriam having a flat +1 to scouting instead of her scaling speciality, would probably make her a tiny bit more useful. (this isn't a suggestion  )
