First you must have working HIV. Unpack using unzipper.
Here you can download Eq:

Here is unpacked Equi 3.55 you mustnt install only uznip and put in HIV folder:

They confirmed that a new Equi version is being worked on.
Baronus, isn't v.3.55 just a demo version. To My Knowledge v.3.51 is the last fully tested version.

3.55 is alpha. But I linked it because there is full Eq without installation problem. It worked on Win xp.
