I am so over the protest! Here they have some march, riot, rally, and whining chant group everyday, and I am over it.

The protests continued everyday without more violent incidents. Some highlights being: protestors giving flowers and food to gendarmes, gendarmes and protestors singing the national anthem together, a children protest for democracy, a human chain around the parliament (which, mind you, is the biggest building in Europe and the 4th in the world) and the biggest protest will be tomorrow, Sunday, with around 1 million people.

Those folks would be people who either chose to not to think about what has already happened in most Nations around the world (they think they have better things to do) or they simply cannot think about the situation...as in, helpless, in some way.
If only TRUST was proved a valid virtue today, sometime...anywhere. And most of us were not feeling like we are dealing with the devil, day in and day out.

So it seems the protests work, "News" sites here preach that the Romanian government gave in and will not pass this fubar bill.
GG to Romanians for not devolving into ukrainians and turning these rallies into bloody Soros funded mess.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Honestly, I'm not on anyone's side and I don't even follow the news. Politic circles tend to be indiscriminately corrupt. I used to pay mind to politics until I realized that there's no point. If it were down to it, I'd say that legalizing theft is an absurdity that should've stopped in the Parliament. The fact that it didn't demonstrates how at the base of our democracy there is a mentality of phanariotism where the elect abuse of their power for their own interests, not the people's. In fact at the very detriment of the people, they think of the well-being of a nation as the expendable price to pay. I mean the sum doesn't even matter, it's the principle behind it. The other thing about denouncing time being 6 months is another imbecility, but I guess that's how badly they want to hide from justice? This clown fiesta should end up not ONLY with the resignation of people in places, but I'll keep my more radical views for myself.
