some minus posts????
ive been looking through the memberlist(dont ask me why lol)
and i noticed some of the members had like -1 or -2 posts??!??!?! how is that??? Mods u should have a explenation!

I think they are bad kids... They even got penalties while not posting at all 
I saw one with -15 if I remember it well..

...I'm not sure, but I think it simply means that they've had their posts deleted...so basically the number that was deducted outweighed those that weren't.

Another thing that can lead to negative post counts is the error of posting several times in a row to a single thread, rather than editing your first post because you forgot to say something, or wanted to add to it. It's a common mistake by new posters, and could lead to negative numbers in a hurry.

Most of these things are in the FAQ. You have two numbers:
Post Count:
This normally reflects the number of yellow stars you have. (I say normally because there are exceptions, which I can't explain. For instance Incubus still has 5 yellow stars but his post count would only warrant 4 stars. And sometimes it's the other way around. Sikmar would normally have 3 yellow stars, but only has 2.)
Present Posts:
This number reflects the number of posts you currently have on all the HC forums.
The Post Count is the numer reported in the member list under the "Post" column.
When you add posts then normally both Present Posts and Post count is increased by 1.
However, if you post twice in a row in the same topic without anybody else posting in between then only "Present Posts" is increased for the second post.
And if you post three times in a row, then for the third post your "Present Posts" is increased by 1, but your "Post Count" is decreased by 3.
If someone deletes a Post, then both your "Present Posts" and your "Post Count" is always decreased by 1.
If you delete one of your own topics, then your Post Count is penalized. (I don't know with how much.)
If a Mod deletes a topic then this counts as if the Posts in that topic had been deleted one by one.
However, I've a suspicion that if the author of a topic deletes it, then other members who have posted to this topic will not get a reduced post count, but present posts will still be decremented according to what is deleted in that topic.
The reason for this belief is my own Post count. For a very long time I kept the Post Count and the Present Posts to the same number. Then suddenly my Post Count was higher than my Present Posts (which would normally be impossible). This coincided with the removal of a topic which I had posted one post in, and for this particular topic I've a hunch that it was the author who deleted it.

thx djive now i get it then The prson who had -1 have posted two normal post (post count two) and then three in a roe(2 + -3 =-1) right!

There are unlimited ways to get almost anything for these two stats, and as long as Present Posts are higher than Post count, you can do most of it yourself.
You didn't mention what the Present post count was for the member with -1. But take a few examples:
Member posts twice in a row in one topic, and then both posts are deleted.
Present posts = 0
Post count = +1 +0 -2 = -1
Same but three posts in a row, and all are deleted.
Present posts = 0
Post count = +1 +0 -3 -3 = -5
Post three times in a row for a topic and all posts remain. Member has posted one other post.
Present Post = 3 + 1 = 4
Post count = +1 +0 -3 +1 = -1
